I stared at his message, my heart beating rapidly, as I quickly looked into the living room to see the kids watching some cartoon before calling Owen.
"Heyy babe!!!" I sighed in relief when Owen's cheery voice spoke into the line.
"Olivia? Are you ok? What happened?" Owen called out again.
"Owen, hey... just wanted to know when you'll be back home, I was thinking we could maybe have a movie night with the fam," I asked.
"Movie night?!?! Um.. I have a meeting until 8:00, I'll try to end it as soon as possible and come to you guys," he said happily. My man loves his movie nights with the fam.
"Yea... Ok then, um... Owen did you... did you see anyone sus-" I cut myself off, Owen thinks I'm over the whole Tylor and his revenge fiasco, I don't want to worry him, "See you at home!!! Love you!!!"
"I love you more!!!!" Owen said before cutting the line.
I sighed before sending a message in the group chat.

I stared at my screen for Lexi's reply, she usually replies faster unless she's working, but she went down the street to get Cheetos-
My phone started ringing making me snap out of my thoughts, it was Alexa calling,
"Hey!!! LEXI!!! WHY ARE YOU LAT-"
"Umm... is this, Olivia?" A woman's voice spoke from the other line.
"Yes, who's this? Why do you have Alexa's phone?!" I panicked.
"Hi... umm... I'm Sam, I'm calling from StreetWood hospital, you're friend here got jumped by some men, the doctors are checking on he-" I cut the phone before rushing to the kids.
"Both of you go wear your shoes and wait for me at the front door!!!" I said before going upstairs to take my purse and car keys and making my way down and out of the house with the twins.
This can't be happening...
