Nini stood in her room and looked at the pile of clothes that sat before her on the floor. Ricky told her to meet him at the park at 8 and it was currently 7:30.
Nini didn't have her outfit together, her hair done or her makeup done and she still had to give herself time to drive to the park. 30 minutes wasn't nearly enough time to do everything she needed to do AND drive to the park so at this point Nini was panicking.
She was standing in the middle of her bedroom with one towel wrapped around her body and one wrapped her head.
Deciding that she needed to get something done she decided to dry her hair. She managed to finish in 10 minutes but that only gave her 20 minutes to get to the park, style her hair, get her outfit together, and do her makeup.
Ricky told her to wear something she's comfortable in, but that didn't decrease the stress of picking out an outfit to wear on the date. This would be their first date and she wanted it to be special.
Nini scrambled around the room looking for her phone but it was nowhere to be found. She knew it was in her room because she'd just had it, but with the clothes thrown around everywhere finding the phone was nearly impossible.
Nini searched through her room finally finding her phone under one of the biggest piles of clothes she created and opened it to text Ricky.

Nini finally decided on simple black tube top with a pair of blue jeans and a cardigan. She thought this would a cute yet comfy outfit to wear.
She started to play her favorite album by Ariana grande, my everything as she curled her hair to perfection

As Nini curled her hair she received a FaceTime call from Gina. She started to panic because she knew Gina would ask where she was going and what she had planned.
She had to answer the call though because it'd look suspicious if she didn't. Gina already felt like she was losing her before, she didn't want her to feel that way again.
Nini took a deep breath as she picked up the phone answering it.
"Hey Gi!" Nini forced a smile hoping that Gina wouldn't see right through it.
"Hey Ni—wait where are you going? I thought you were staying in tonight"
"I was but uh then I found out there's a party today and decided to get up and go to one. Since you know I uh I haven't been to one since the boat"
"Oh—maybe I'll go—"
"NO!" Nini quickly interrupted "didn't you say you had a uh date with ej or something" she laughs lightly to try to cover up the quickness of her response
"Yeah" Gina says skeptically "but I don't want you going to a party by yourself. Last time"
"It won't be like last time Gi. If it makes you feel better I won't drink. Plus Ricky will be there so I'll be fine" Nini said and internally facepalmed herself for bringing up Ricky. She knew it'd draw more attention to the two of them which wouldn't be good.
