Nini woke up the next morning with a pounding headache. She groaned as she sat up taking in her surroundings. She definitely wasn't in her room at home, but this room was familiar.

This room was way too familiar to be just a random room at whoever's house the part was at.

The first thing Nini did was check her clothing. She wasn't in the outfit that she went to the party in but she still had her underwear on which was a good sign.

She looked around the room. It looked so familiar but at the moment her head was literally pounding so she couldn't exactly think straight.

Before she could put her finger on where she was a curly headed boy came out the bathroom that was connected to his room with nothing but a towel around his waist.

Nini's eyes widened realizing why the room looked so familiar. She was in Ricky's room. She took notice as the water from the shower dripped down Ricky's upper half and nearly drooled at the site.

"Oh sorry I just came in to get something to wear" Ricky said as he looked through the drawer on his dresser.

"Oh don't be sorry. This is your room after all" Nini chuckled lightly "what um what happened last night?" Nini asked nervously

"We didn't do anything if that's what you're referring to" Ricky said "oh and I left a few ibuprofen and water on the dresser next to you. I know your headache is probably massive" he said and she smiled as a thank you before picking up the ibuprofen and water

"I didn't do anything embarrassing did I? It's all super fuzzy" she said before putting the pills in her mouth and downing them with water. Now she just had to wait until the headache somewhat subsided.

"Oh do you mean before or after you requested that everyone go skinny dipping?" He said and Nini's mouth dropped

"You're kidding!"

"I wish I was" he chuckled "I took you hone before anything could happen though"

"Thank you, but how did I end up in your shirt?"

"I knew the clothes that you went to the party in would be uncomfortable to wake up in with a hangover so I changed you into one of my shirts" Ricky said and Nini gushed at how sweet his gesture really was

"I- I didn't snore did I?" Nini asked nervously

"What?" Ricky chuckled "Nini I slept in the guest room. I wouldn't sleep with you without your permission, and last night you were way to drunk to give it"

"Oh—"

"Listen Nini" Ricky sat down on his bed next to Nini looking her directly into her eyes "you know how I feel about you and I know we haven't been on the best of terms lately and I'm still so sorry for that, but I promise you that when you need help, I'm going to help you. No matter what"

"Thank you Ricky" Nini smiled. She didn't know what had gotten into her but she suddenly wasn't so upset with Ricky for what he did to her.

She still was pretty upset about the entire situation but this softened her anger by just a little bit.

"Where uh—where does Gina think I am?"

"I told her I was taking you home, I'm pretty sure she didn't see me sleeping in the guest room because no one ever goes in there so she probably assumed I took you back to your house"

"Why didn't you?"

"What?"

"Why did you take me back to my house?"

"Because I know how much trouble you would've gotten in if I took you back to your house in that position" he laughed "I thought it'd be best to take you back here, that way I could keep an eyes on you" he smiled and Nini returned that smile

"Do you think you can do me a favor?" Nini asked

"Anything" he said and Nini blushed slightly

"I think I hear the shower water running so Gina is probably in there, could you sneak into her room and just grab me some clothes? I keep them in the bottom left drawer"

"Sure" he smiled

"And while you're doing that I'm gonna use your shower, that's fine right?"

"Yeah, that's fine" he chuckled

Nini took her phone looking through all the missed messages she had from the night before. She noticed the ones she missed from Andrew and sighed.

That was the conversation that she was waiting to have with him and she completely missed the messages last night.

She swiftly texted him back that she wanted to meet up sometime and they'd have to find sometime where their schedules worked.

"Do you know what time it is Gi?" Nini asked as she slid her lunch tray through the food assembly line the lunch room

"Umm it's lunch time" Gina laughed

"No, it's time for my party boat!" Every year Nini threw a party on her house boat. There were a bunch of teenagers that came on her party boat that her family owned just to have a good time

The first night she always threw a huge rage party and the three days that followed a few of Nini's closer friends stayed and they always had fun together.

"Oh it's that time again already?" Gina asked excitedly and Nini nodded

"Yeah, I've been getting all the details together but I was thinking next week. My parents will be out of town so it'll be a perfect time to sneak off onto the boat.

"Next week?"

"Yeah, is there a problem?" Nini pouted

"I have a mandatory dance practice next week since we have a competition coming up." Gina said sadly

"Oh well we'll figure something out, maybe you'll just have to leave a bit early" Nini proposed

"Yeah, that'll work. I'd hate to leave you there alone though, what kind of best friend is that?" Gina pouted

"The talented and hardworking kind" Nini laughed "I'll be fine, I think I'm gonna invite Kourtney and her friend Ashlyn to stay so I'll have plenty of company"

"Okay, as long as you don't mind"

"Of course I don't mind Gi, I know how passionate you are about dance I only want the best for you" Nini smiled and Gina pulled her into a hug appreciating the fact that she had such a supportive best friend.
