Summary: SCP-106 is an elderly humanoid, covered in a black mucoidal substance and in an advanced state of decomposition. 106 is able to create the black substance it's covered in, and uses it to melt, decompose, and/or rot away any and all materials it comes into contact with, making permanent containment currently impossible. The most efficient containment strategy to date involves the use of lead-lined steel, 40+ layers of it separated by electromagnets and fluid, and high intensity lights surrounding the enclosure, should 106 breach it. Lead is the material 106 has the hardest time getting through, fluid confuses it, and blinding lights stun but do not damage it. 106 can climb walls, stick to the ceiling, and create portals to its pocket dimension in any flat surface of sufficient size, being able to manifest anywhere else on said flat surface, including any adjacent/opposite flat surfaces, i.e. the connected ceiling/floor or other side of a wall. 106 has knowledge of the best ways to incapacitate its "prey," humans in this case, by damaging organs, tendons, and any other means of survival or escape, before dragging its prey into its pocket dimension. The pocket dimension is solely for the torture of any unfortunate individuals caught by 106, some even being released form it, as to allow 106 to hunt and recapture their prey.. Halls that lead to either deathtraps or nowhere, a barren wasteland that could be referred to as No Man's Land, complete with massive flying creatures made of metal and flesh, living corpses in military fatigues, and seemingly endless stretches of bunkers/trenches. 106 has complete control over its pocket dimension, and by proxy any and all individuals within it. 106 hunts for fun, not for food, and it will usually keep trophies of its prey, or prey itself, indefinitely in the pocket dimension. When 106 is immobile, it should be regarded as a luring tactic, not a successful recontainment. Should 106 escape, they are to be lured to one of the many sitewide backup cells, via causing extreme pain to a prey subject, via breaking bones/severing tendons/etc., until 106 responds. Multiple prey subjects to be used only in emergencies.

Usefulness: Finding a way to reverse engineer and utilize 106's secretions would yield some use, but 106 as a creature is not viably useful at all. In fact, his mere existence hinders Foundation activities immensely, seeing as how much effort needs to go into simply containing 106, let alone recontaining it.

Against 682: We do not need 682 gaining the ability to secrete highly corrosive acid, nor do we need 682 somehow teaming up with 106 and potentially causing sitewide casualties and damages, or god forbid breaching containment. 106 is hard enough to recontain as it is, we don't need 682 in that mix. Testing emphatically denied.
