Summary: SCP-116 is a young boy with an extremely fragile skeleton, in addition to abnormally fast healing rates. This does not completely repair the skin however, which explains the innumerable number of scars present on nearly 100% of 116's body. The scars merely appear quicker than the average human. 116's skeleton has no joints to speak of, but he's capable of moving on his own, and would do it more often if not for the fragility of his bones, which break under minimal pressure. The healing is not fast enough to keep up with the breaks, taking a few minutes per fracture, and 116 still feels the pain of his bones breaking, albeit a dulled pain. 116 only communicates through a broken up version of English, where every word is replaced by a completely unconnected one. A working translation of 116's broken English is under investigation no longer to be attempted, as research into 116's language patterns has led to mental degradation in individuals tasked with said research. 116's brain remains unaffected by their own anomalous mental deterioration abilities. 116 is to only be interacted with under extreme caution, as he has developed suicidal tendencies for obvious reasons. The proposal to allow 116 to self-terminate is currently pending review by the O5 Council.
Usefulness: Not useful, for obvious reasons.
Against 682: Yeah sure, this seems like a great idea. Maybe we can suggest it to 116, he's already suicidal, I'm sure he'd be all for it. Only to be attempted pending O5 approval of self-termination request and 116's permission for be terminated via 682.
