Summary: SCP-110 is a large city located half a kilometer below a farm in New York. Many items of interest have been discovered within 110. A concrete shell surrounds 110, but it's accessible through its designated entrance. A random temporal displacement event transported 110 from an unknown location to its current location, displacing several tons of dirt and causing noticeable earthquakes in the area, which is how the Foundation first learned of its existence. Thousands of corpses were discovered in 110, presumed to be its citizens/inhabitants. 110 is laid out in concentric rings connected by transport vehicle lines, each one having multiple levels, all with multiple sections with different names and functions. The Core Services refers to a central column of the city, dedicated to maintaining 110's self-sufficiency. It contained technologies such as water/waste recycling systems and a nuclear fusion/geothermally energized power source. The Atrium Colossi refers to the domed area surrounding the core, depicting a sky and the time of day, much like in Wall-E. It also once had many plants, presumably a central park for 110's citizens. The Commercial Ring held the restaurants and stores of 110. Habitation Rings A, B, and C held 110's upper, middle, and lower class citizens, in that order. Several SCPs have been recovered from Ring B. These rings showed that damages sustained from the relocation event were much worse the farther away from the core the areas of 110 were. The Atria Veges all held advanced plant-growth technologies and were once part of 110's main source of food. The Atrium Animus was full of several different artificial animal habitats, as well as several genetics labs. This atrium accounted for the rest of 110's main source of food. The Atria Recreus were simply used as places to have fun, such as swimming pools and shopping malls. Each had temperature/humidity controlled environments. The SCP-Research Ring is the most dangerous and damaged section of 110, as well as where most SCPs originating from 110 have been discovered. The number of SCPs once contained by this ring is currently unknown. When and where 110 itself originated from is currently classified. What is known is that the relocation event was caused by a containment breach of an unknown SCP being studied within 110. Where this entity can be found is currently unknown.

Usefulness: The technologies found within 110 would be quite useful to us if they were to be studied and reengineered successfully. Any and all documentation recovered from 110 regarding any studied SCPs would be of great use to us as well. As for 110 itself, seeing as how there are no living people who currently understand how to maintain and repair 110, it's nothing more than a ruined city.

Against 682: Sure, an SCP could be discovered within 110 that may stand a chance against 682, hell it may even be the thing that escaped its containment and damned the inhabitants of 110 to their early graves. 110 itself can't do anything against 682 though.
