Summary: SCP-120 is a small pink paddling pool, indestructible by all means. 120 is filled with a glowing liquid-like substance that seems to exist in our dimension only partially, as it is unable to be physically manipulated. It has been seen rippling and shimmering without outside interference, suggesting that it exists physically in its alternate dimension. For 120 to work, the human must be conscious, alone, and carrying cargo below the weight limit. When a human steps into 120, they fall through the pool, teleporting to one of 11 different locations instantly. These 11 locations are cycled through in the same order, one after another, with each subsequent use of 120. The liquid within 120 will also change color depending on which location it is primed to transport people to. Listed are the locations and the liquid's corresponding color. Location 1 is the Pacific Ocean (blue), Location 2 is Greenland (white), Location 3 is one of the Earth-Moon Lagrange points (black) where the gravitational pulls of the Earth and Moon are perfect to allow objects at said point to orbit with the moon without need for outside propulsion, Location 4 is in the Himalayas (white), Location 5 is the same as Location 3, Location 6 is the Sahara Desert (yellow), Location 7 is the Gobi Desert (brown), Location 8 is the same as Location 3, Location 9 is in the Mare Imbrium (grey), a vast flat section of the moon, and Location 10/11 are the same as Location 3.

Usefulness: Extremely useful. Despite the sacrifices of D-Class personnel to move 120 past Locations 3, 5, 8, 10, and 11, it still provides the staff members of the site housing 120 with a means of escape, should the site become compromised. Retrieval sites have been set up at every location besides the Lagrange points, able to hold staff, low threat SCPs, and dispose of or hold D-Class personnel until they can be moved.

Against 682: We could try teleporting 682 to one of the Lagrange points, but despite how far they seem to be from Earth, 682 has been able to survive without oxygen for extraordinary amounts of time. He'd probably hitch a ride on an asteroid and land back on Earth no problem, given enough time. Also 120 only teleports humans...so yeah.
