Summary: SCP-126 is an invisible/intangible entity, only able to be located via sound. It's sentient and speaks several languages with a female voice. 126 has no measurable weight, height, heat, or even position in a room. 126 can only be heard, thus acoustic sensors are the only way of locating it. 126's has footsteps that sound like it's wearing high heels. 126 cannot pass through doors/windows/walls, but has the ability to allow solid objects to be passed through the space it occupies. 126 will comply with any and all requests for it to follow subjects to certain locations, as long as it is able to physically reach said locations. 126 enjoys conversing with personnel in its containment chamber, and suggests an education level of a college graduate with symptoms of ADD, as evidenced by its straying from established conversation topics and randomly changing languages mid conversation. 126 anomalously makes certain personnel it interacts with feel as though they've known 126 for a long time, regarding 126 as a loved one. Without treatment, these affected people will ignore basic needs like eating and sleeping, until they die from a lack thereof.
Usefulness: I wouldn't say 126 is useful. It can't physically interact with anything and has trouble staying focused for long periods of time. It isn't even useful as a companion, since it has the potential to "kill" certain people who converse with it too long.
Against 682: It'd be fun to annoy 682 with 126, but she wouldn't be able to kill him. Also we don't want 682 becoming intangible, or selectively intangible, which could lead to him being uncontainable but still extremely dangerous.
