"I quite like this demo." Spencer told as he sat with me in my studio as I painted.
"Yeah, I like it as well. I'll probably not release any though." I stated as I got closer to work on the eyes.
"Why? It's good."
"I know it's good. But I'm me, besides with Penelope as my neighbour I need to make sure she doesn't hear any of this."
"Why not just tell the team?"
"That's like asking why I won't tell them my relations to Abby other then her godmother."
"You don't want people knowing, because you want to protect her. It was weirder when I visited and was not expecting it.... Also a baby kicking is something I will never understand how it doesn't freak people out."
"It's comforting. Kinda tells you, the life your making is stealing your bone marrow for their own bones that you make but can't keep." I told making him laugh.
"Would you have told me?"
"About Abby?"
"Yeah."
"Of course. I still want the two of you to meet, she is family."
"Hopefully I get to one day."
"I hope so. But, the whole celebrity life is a mess. I probably would have the team if I wasn't Ashlyn Monroe. But I am so I don't. Also I'm a giving person, I don't like having to worry about people taking advantage of me cause I'm rich, or have people think I'm buying their friendship."
"That's understandable."
We sat in a comfortable silence with only music being the only sound to be heard in the room. Once I finished the eyes, I pulled away and smiled at my work. I finished signing it before picking it up and turning to show him. Once he saw it a smile grew on his face as one grew on mine.
"Better then one of Peters."
"Don't let him hear you." I told making us laugh.
"Can I keep this?"
"Yeah. Though you should be careful. People might think you are a narcissistic genius. I mean I wouldn't blame you, you are pretty attractive."
"I like all of your works. It's kinda like Peters piece 'The Flames of Sadness from Within; Ashley', I get to see how I look through your eyes."
"An old man who's stuck with a baby face?"
"I'm older then you by 2 weeks and a few days."
"Still old."
"Oh ha ha."
'I wonder what it would have been like if I worked with him from the start?'
