Turns out when your work mates think they've just figured you out, it's usually wrong. Especially when they think they figured me out.

"Hey Ash!"
"Don't call me Ash Derek."
"You seem lost in thought." Emily added.
"Not really."
"What were you thinking then?" Penelope asked.
"Common knowledge defines social credibility, as setting something on fire and expecting the people around it to be fine with it." I stated.
"Just when I thought we were figuring her out." Derek told making me smile quickly before going back to what I was doing before.

"What's with Ashley?" Jj asked.
"Hey Ash!" Spencer exclaimed making me look towards the group.
"Yeah?"
"What you thinking?"
"Trees don't care about anything but themselves." I stated.
"How are you two friends?" Emily asked as I just smiled with Spencer.
"Simple really." We both told before not elaborating on it.

"I'm not saying it's a bad thing to live by."
"Just repeat it one more time to them." David told making me turn to the team.
"Try to be the reason your mum loses all her Facebook friends." I stated.
"Pretty boy you gotta tell us how you became friends with her."

And that was in the span of a day and a half.
'Well this sign makes sense.'
I picked it up so see it was a makeshift sign made out of paper with WildCard written on it.
'I like.'
Once I finished all my work I just relaxed next to Spencer waiting for him to take a lunch break. Sadly he wouldn't let me steal any of his work.
"But Spencey I'm bored."
"Ask one of the others for their work."
"I have."
"And?"
"They won't give me any cause I've gone through ten each. Which I think is unfair."
"Ashley we can not let you do all the work." Derek told from his desk.
"You'll get paid either way. It's a win win really, if you just think about it."
"Hey Ash."
"Yeah?"
"Play with this." Spencer told giving me a messed up rubik's cube.
"Okie."
"How do you know what works on Ashley so well?" Emily asked.
"We were roommates from Caltech to the academy. So because sometimes she wasn't able to do certain things I did a lot of trail and error to see what helps keep her distracted. Rubik's cubes work the best." He told as I solved one colour already.
'Now the other five sides.'
After awhile I looked up to see that Aaron was talking to a child that looked like a mini version of him, making me hit Spencer's arm to get his attention.
"What?"
"You never told me Aaron had an offspring."
"Because I knew you would get like this." He told making me give him an annoyed look before looking back towards Aaron with his kid.
"What's with Ashley?" Penelope asked as she came over with some of the others.
"Ash kinda hyper focuses on children when she sees them."
"Is this to do with the sibling situation?" Jj asked.
"I'm not fully sure, since she hasn't gone into detail about it."
"You know I wouldn't assume Ashley actually liked kids." Emily stated.
"No actually she loves them. Remember how she beat up that cop that was disrespectful to us."
"Yeah."
"As well as when I was a hostage and she killed those four people."
"Yeah."
"Now imagine what she would do, if a child was in danger and especially if that child was one of her siblings." Spencer told
"Oh."
"Yeah."
"You know you can meet him." Derek told making me shake my head.
"I'm fine with just this."
'So cute and tiny. Reminds me when Tyler and Flynn were little ones.'
