Background:
Said to have just appeared one day. Long list of charges, mostly an accessory after the fact. Possibly was the go to guy for the hits that they did (unsure since bodies haven't been found).
Known to have mentioned her background is African-American due to her fathers side, but also says her father is a massive [REDACTED]. Becomes aggravated when her biological father is mentioned.
Possibly connected to countless other murders around the country (unsure how true). And shows a large distaste for cops, often referring to us as 'pigs', 'coverup scums', '[REDACTED]', etc.
It's said she got her name due to being able to move quickly and has a deadly efficiency to her, as well as appearing weak and fragile (which she uses to her advantage). Also mentioned to be brains as well as brawn, not afraid to use her looks to distract you for whatever goal she has for you.
Skills: Skill fighter in hand to hand combat and in many weapons, skilled at pick locking (evidence by her getting out of the handcuffs multiple times), possible ties to hacking (unsure on this one).
Danger level: Deadly, avoid at all cost if able to.
Advice: Do not get on her bad side. If you do, you will most likely end up dead. If possible keep her amused and happy, best case to survive any encounter with her.
