Lizzie glanced up from her book every so often to look across the room to see [name] standing with another girl. There was nothing going on between him and Lizzie but she had a crush on him. She always made it known that she had feelings for him but he said he didn't want to ruin their friendship by starting a relationship.

She thought that was bullshit.

They made perfect friends so they would make an equally amazing couple. She wasn't going to give up. She wanted [name] and she would have him.

[name] laughed and rubbed the back of his neck as the girl said something to him and touched his arm. Lizzie clenched her hands around her book and was about to mutter a spell to set the girl on fire but before she could open her mouth, the girl was winking at him and walking away, having an extra sway to her hips. That made Lizzie roll her eyes. That girl was trying way to hard.

[name]'s smile dropped from his face as soon as she walked away and came and sat next to Lizzie. He groaned as he rubbed his hands down his face.

"Is there a problem?" Lizzie asked, slowly flipping the page of her book and pretending as if she hadn't just been watching the whole scene.

He rolled his head over to look at her with a pout. "Oh yea, just rejecting a girl as gently as I could but now she thinks we have a thing, no big deal."

"Maybe you should try and rougher approach, like, 'back away bitch, I already have a girlfriend."

"I already have a girlfriend?" He asked confused.

She smiled at him brightly. "Yeah, me, dummy." She giggled as he playfully rolled his eyes and looked back ahead. "If you're dating me they will stay away from you and you won't have to worry about rejecting anyone. If they do try to come onto you, they will have to deal with me and I will make their life a living hell." She said sweetly.

"You're funny." He said sarcastically. "I told you, we are only friends because I don't want to - "

" - you don't want to ruin our friendship, I've heard in a million times before. It's a dumb reason, the dumbest in fact." She said, now rolling her eyes. "So, you're really saying, if I kissed you, you wouldn't kiss me back?"

He paused and that made Lizzie's smile widen. She could see right through him. She knew he liked her back and he was just being stubborn. "I would not kiss you back."

"You don't sound to confident about that." She smirked and suddenly moved over to straddle his waist.

"Lizzie!" He exclaimed. "What are you doing? People are looking!" Basically everyone was looking at them weirdly, wondering if they were going to just start making out in front of everyone.

"Why haven't you pushed me off yet?" She tilted her head as she stared at him. Instead of pushing her off, his hands were on her waist and didn't seem to be moving anytime soon.

He sighed and his head went back again to lean on the couch. "You exhaust me."

"In a good way." She laughed and put both her hands on either side of his cheeks. He couldn't help but smile at her. She always made him smile. She just lit up the room everytime she entered and he loved spending time with her. That's why he was afraid of dating her. Because he didn't want to lose her if the relationship didn't work out.

He really, really did like her.

"You're never going to lose me." She said as if she were reading his mind. "How about we make a deal. You and me trial date for about a week and if you still have the same opinion at the end, I will drop the subject but I doubt that's going to happen because you are going to fall madly in love with me."

"Fine, you have one week to make me fall madly in love with you." He said, holding up one finger. She laughed and grabbed it to push it to the side.

"Then let's seal the deal." She said and he held up his hand to shake. She shook her head. "That's not how I seal deals." He slowly dropped his hand as she leaned forward. She gave him the opportunity to reject her but when he didn't she took that as the go ahead to kiss him.

It was their first kiss and Lizzie hoped it wouldn't be their last.

As they pulled apart [name]'s cheeks were slightly flushed and squeezed her waist. "I hope you don't seal your deals like that with everyone."

She shook her head and laughed, "only you."

A throat cleared behind them and [name] turned around, freezing when he saw Alaric standing there with his arms crossed and his eyes narrowed.

"Hi daddy." Lissie said nervously and slowly moved from [name]'s lap to sit next to him.

"I already don't like you." Alaric said, making Lizzie gasp.

"I - It's not what it looks like."

Alaric harmed, his face hard. "Just remember, I can easily remove you from this school if I want to." He warned. "Lizzie, I need to talk to you." He walked around the couch and began to leave the room.

"You're dad hates me."

"He doesn't hate you." Lizzie lied and [name] gave her a look. She laughed nervously before kissing his cheek and getting up. "I mean, he doesn't hate you that much."

"Oh, great. That makes me feel a load better."

Authors Note: I haven't seen much of Legacies, only the first couple episodes but this came to mind and I wanted to write it. Does anyone here watch Legacies and if you do, do you recommend it?

And requests / suggestions are closed for now because I have a lot of chapters I want to write on my own first.
