"I'm telling you, me and Tsukishima are just friends." He whined, his voice loud and filled with annoyance. He was so sick of everyone thinking him and Tsukishima were secretly dating when they had never been anything more then friends. There was literally nothing going on between them but no one believed him when he said it.

"Whatever you say." Hinata sang.

[name] rolled his eyes at him, having expected that answer from the orange haired shorty. "I do say. Now run off and leave me alone. You're annoying me." He said with a joking tone. Hinata knew never to take him seriously.

"I'm annoying you because I'm telling you the truth." Hinata said and grinned before skipping off.

"I'm telling you the truth." [name] mocked. Though he had now been standing by himself, earning a few people giving him weirded out looks. He cleared his throat, blushing in embarrassment and ducking his head. "Nothing to see here... moving along." He mumbled, quickly making his way down the hallways.

He continued to walk, lifting his head back up, only for his feet to come to a stop. He was supposed to meet Tsukishima by his locker but it seemed the blonde haired boy was already occupied by some girl. He narrowed his eyes and moved a little closer, trying to hear what they were saying while also staying hidden. He didn't want to be caught eavesdropping. The girl was a brunette and her face was bright red and she was holding something out in her hand. What was she doing...

"I - I really like you Tsukishima and I want you to be my boyfriend! Please accept these chocolates as a gift from me." The girl exclaimed, pushing the chocolates closer to the male.

The hidden boy gasped and hid behind a row of lockers. This girl was confessing her feelings? But she couldn't! There was no way Tsukishima would like someone like her? Or would he? Why was [name] even thinking about this so much? He brought his hand up to his mouth and began to chew on his nails. The feeling of jealousy was swirling around in him. Had Hinata been right? Did he have feelings for his best friend?

"Really? Chocolate? That's the best you could do?" Tsukishima spoke, an emotionless look in his eyes as he stared at the girls outstretched hands. "I would never be the boyfriend of someone who had such a bland and generic gift."

His harsh words made tears well up in the girls eyes and seconds later, she was running down the hall, past [name] with loud sobs leaving her lips. [name] widened his eyes as he watched, seeing the box of chocolates were no in the bin.

A sense of relief washed over him that Tsukishima had rejected her, basically confirming to himself that he did have a crush on the tall blonde. With his face now turned red, he walked over to Tsukishima. "That was, uh, a pretty sad display. She seemed heart broken." He said.

Tsukishima shrugged, not caring. "She should have gotten me a better gift. She's just like every other girl who's asked me out."

[name] nodded his head and put his hand on his chin. "So, it someone were to ask you out, in order for you to say yes, they have to give you an amazing gift?"

The blonde closed his locker and said, "yes. If they don't put thought into their gift, they're not worth my time." He put his bag over his shoulder.

"Hm." He was lost in his thoughts. If he wanted Tsukishima to be his boyfriend, he needed to think of a good gift and he needed to think of one before someone else did. Now that he finally realised his feelings, he wasn't going to lose him to someone who didn't care about him as much as [name] did.

"Why are you so quiet?" Tsukishima asked with a frown.

"Am I?! My bad!" He exclaimed with a nervous laugh. Tsukishima narrowed his eyes at the boys strange behaviour. "Um, what would be the gift you want given to you?" He blurted out the question.
