You hand him the ticket and he tries scanning it but nothing happens.

Booth guy: k
He does so again and still negative.
Booth guy: still nothing Can't help you

She's much more enthusiastic and seems unusual cheerful.
Booth gal: oh! That's a special ticket! It gets punched on the train, just head down the hall 5 flights down and turn right ^^
