Summary: The reader's best friend, Minji, convinces her to attend Bora's dance class for the first time.

"But I hate exercise," you grumbled as you trotted along the sidewalk next to your best friend.

"It won't even feel like exercise, I promise," Kim Minji replied enthusiastically as she used your elbow that was linked with hers to pull you towards the front door of the fitness center. "It's dance!"

"But I hate dance," you groaned. You wondered how Minji was even continuing to put up with your whining, but you attributed it to your ten years of friendship. Anyone else would have let the glass door that Minji held for you slam in your face in annoyance.

"Just trust me," Minji said confidently as she led you to the back room in which the class that she had signed the two of you up for was about to start. You followed Minji's lead once you were inside, changing your shoes into the clean sneakers that you had brought and beginning to stretch on the floor while you waited for the instructor.

"Good afternoon," a loud, cheerful voice said suddenly, nearly making you jump as a petite brunette woman entered the room from a door marked "Staff Only."

"Oh, there's the instructor," Minji whispered as you both scurried to your feet to greet the teacher.

If you were in your right mind, you would have made a wisecrack about Minji's obvious statement, but you had suddenly been rendered speechless by the beautiful woman facing you. Of course, Minji had insisted that you two were in the front of the room, saying that you would get better instruction that way, and you found that you were now incredibly close to the stunning teacher.

"My name is Bora," the petite woman said, giving a perfect smile that featured pearly white teeth and full peach lips to her class. "I see that everyone has been stretching, so that's great. I'm going to keep that going and start with a gentle warmup. Let's begin, shall we?"

As she wrapped up her speech, Bora glanced towards you, and you could have sworn that she threw you a wink. You thought after a moment, however, that perhaps you had imagined it, but the blush that had spread across your cheeks still remained. Unfortunately for you, you suddenly remembered that the entire room was covered in mirrors and you quickly ducked your head, but it was too late.

"Are you blushing?" Minji whispered, shoving your side with her elbow so hard that you nearly grimaced in pain. "Oh my God, I thought I told you that she was cute!"

"Yeah, you said that she was cute, not that she was a literal goddess," you hissed in response, straightening your spine and turning your attention away from Minji as Bora returned to the center of the room after starting some music.

Though Bora was directly in front of you, it was incredibly hard for you to focus on what she was doing so that you could copy her movements, and she noticed that about a quarter of the way through the class. "You're not one of my regulars," she said quietly as she approached you with a friendly smile after instructing the rest of the class to work on the move that she had been showing them. "You're doing really well. Is this your first class?"

It took all of the strength you had to be able to nod, and your face felt like it was on fire. Although you wished to give a verbal response, it seemed to be impossible.

"That's great, I'm glad that you're here," Bora said softly, her eyes quickly sweeping over your body as her smile began to turn into a slight smirk. "I'm just going to help you with this move," she continued after a moment, and she turned to face the mirror as she approached your left side. "Your foot needs to be pointed so that your toes are facing the ceiling, you see?" she said, but you were no longer focused on her words in the slightest. Bora's petite hands had suddenly landed gently on your thigh, twisting it open towards her, and a large shiver consequently ran down your spine.

Upon realizing that Bora was looking at you for a response, you managed to squeak out a hum of agreement, but the instructor had a gaze of concern in her eyes. "Are you okay?" she asked, standing up fully to meet your eyes. "Does that hurt?"

"No, it's fine," you managed to choke out with a giggle. "I'm just nervous, sorry."

"Don't be sorry," Bora smiled as she visibly relaxed. "I'm here to help, and you're doing great, cutie."

With that, the instructor left your side and began to address the class again, and this time, Minji had to give your side another sharp elbow so that you paid attention to the move once more – or, well, your body did. All your mind was focused on was Bora calling you "cutie," something you couldn't get out of your head for the remainder of the class.

You were still so focused on her words that your face suddenly dropped when Bora announced once an hour had passed that her instruction was now wrapped up – you hadn't realized just how quickly time was passing by. Out of the corner of your eye, you saw Minji stifle a giggle as she looked at you in the mirrors, but you were quickly distracted.

"Will you be back?" Bora smiled as she slowly sauntered past you towards the "Staff Only" door from which she had entered.

"O-Oh, sure," you quickly stammered. "I had a-a lot of fun."

"Good," Bora beamed, and she gave you another quick once-over with her big brown eyes before she met your gaze again, this time to give you a wink that you were absolutely sure actually happened. "See you next time, then...cutie."

"See, what did I tell you?" Minji grinned as you watched Bora walk away, feeling a bit dazed.

"Maybe," you whispered, clearing your throat before you continued in a slightly louder voice, "maybe some exercise isn't so bad after all."
