Bo-Katan led you all through the camp and into a larger tent, it had to be the command center. Once inside, you could see holograms and communication devices scattered in the area. "This is command central," Bo-Katan explained, gesturing around her, "all communication goes through here."
Tech looked around excitedly as he analyzed all of the new technology. Another female mandalorian walked into the tent. Bo-Katan gestured to her, "this is Kaska Reeves, my second in command."
Kaska held out her hand which you took, "always a pleasure to meet a jedi," she said.
You nodded and Bo-Katan led you both over to a large hologram in the center of the tent. You looked at it and studied the sharp architecture and layout, "this is the palace at the capital isn't it?"
Bo-Katan looked surprised, "yes it is." She paused for a moment and then continued, "I have a plan to take back my home world, but there is an enemy there that I cannot defeat alone."
"There is an enemy that a Mandalorian cannot defeat?" Echo asked curiously, glancing at the map with confusion.
Kaska huffed, "we could defeat anyone, we just have to have the right allies."
"So you want me to fight?" you asked.
Kaska nodded, but Bo-Katan spoke, "the enemy there is a mutual enemy to you and I. I had hoped that you would help me to defeat him, for both of us."
"Weren't the Jedi and Mandalorian's ancient enemies?" Tech asked, walking over to the hologram.
"For a long time, yes," Bo-Katan answered, drawing her attention away from you for a moment, "but this is someone who we could set aside our differences for, I never understood the old wars, best to leave them in the past."
You thought deeply for a moment before the realization hit you and you looked up from the map to Bo-Katan, "do you mean to tell me that he is still there?"
Bo-Katan nodded, "he has remained hidden, but recently resurfaced under the guise of the old Prime Minister," she explained, "after he killed my sister, the corruption of the planet continued, and he was at the epicenter of it."
You thought for a moment, resting your hand on your chin, "if he lives, there is someone that he will be looking for, and I cannot let him go free."
Hunter finally interrupted, "I don't follow, who is he?"
You and Bo-Katan exchanged a knowing look before reciting his name in unison, "Maul."
