"𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐅𝐈𝐕𝐄
𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐬"Aang could have sworn there was awakening magic each day in the early morning, a sense of old earth-spirit rekindled that seeks to knit together all that is good.
The Avatar made his way to the barn where his best friend, Appa, has been staying for the past few days.
The barn blossomed on the hill amid the snow and trees. It was truly a great place for Appa, he loved it. As Aang observes the barn he began to think that it belonged there, as if it were absent in the picture of that landscape it would be missing something very special.
Aang pushes the doors open then pushed the haystack into the barn before greeting the sky bison, "Good morning, Appa!"
Appa roars in response and sprints to tackle Aang to the ground. He licks his face as if that way is his way to say "Good morning" back to him. Aang bursts into laughter. "Okay buddy, that's enough! I have so much to tell you about this place." He pats Appa's head and Appa finally lets him go.
Aang sits up and crosses his legs while Appa flies to the haystack Aang brought him.
"The Water Kingdom is truly fantastic. Princess Katara made it much more fun to explore with." Aang begins to speak. He gasps as his hand flew to his mouth, "Oh Spirits! I totally forgot to introduce you to her. I think you're going to like her as much as I do."
Aang says dreamily as Appa makes noises in response. "She didn't like the idea of the Avatar coming to help the kingdom in case of trouble, y'know? I've not seen her waterbending but I believe she's powerful to protect the entire kingdom. I don't need to see it happen to confirm that."
The young Avatar exhales softly. "It's just– It's that she cares so much about her people that makes her so beautiful to me. She isn't just beautiful, she makes anything around her beautiful too, she affects others and brings the beauty out of them." A blush made its way on Aang's cheeks. "She does it with ease."
"You know, Bumi would always rumble about how women who stay in shape are physically beautiful, being fit, having a bit of muscle, and the physical attraction goes a long way." Aang rolls his eyes.
"But something about Katara is so captivating to me–"
"Avatar Aang?"
"Ma'am!" Aang immediately airbends his way up and faced the maid that stood in front of Appa's barn.
A small smile formed on the maid's face, "King Hakoda is looking for you. He requested to have a meeting with you about the safety of the kingdom and other things he will mention to you later on."
