"𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐖𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐘-𝐅𝐈𝐕𝐄
𝐛𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲𝐦𝐨𝐨𝐧""Hi, Aang! I sincerely apologise for acting like a complete brat and shutting you out when you needed me, how immature of me! Can we be friends again?" Katara groans and buries her face into her hands. "I'm so bad at this." Her voice sounds muffled as she stood in front of Aang's door.
She likely just wasted thirty minutes trying to work out how to communicate with Aang because she felt like she couldn't anymore. Obviously, the last conversation didn't go well and Katara couldn't possibly tell him she's no longer a waterbender, either. It must be a dead-end at this point, she thought.
"Here I go." She inhales sharply and knocks on the door. "Hey, um... Aang, are you sleeping?"
She waits for a response but nothing. Maybe he wasn't in the mood to speak to her yet. Katara sighs and turns away as she reckoned to try again tomorrow morning. Suddenly, she hears weird shuffling noises and she started to be concerned as she quickly turns back and heads to the door, knocking loudly. "Are you okay?!"
Silence.
Katara kicks the door open and finally manages to enter inside. She scans the room but she couldn't see Aang or anything while closing the door behind her. Then another sound was heard.
Disregarding her fear, curiosity leads her in the direction of where the sound was coming from. She follows the footsteps almost involuntary, and they lead her in the direction of Aang's balcony.
Without notice, Katara feels like she banged her head against a brick wall. She looks up and finds a familiar tall muscular guy towering above her, making her feel smaller than she is.
Aang tilts his head cockily. "What are you doing here?"
Chills ran down her spine. That voice came off so cold to her, she could feel his strong presence around her. Her hands start shaking and her ears rang. "I just wanted to talk to you..."
She swallows hard before bringing her attention to him, her breathing stopping when she noticed he wore nothing but a pair of pants while his eyes and tattoos had a bright glow. Was he losing control again? Appa wasn't there to comfort him now, Katara had no idea what to do. She was sending silent prayers, wishing for this to be another one of her frequent nightmares. She wished the ground would open and swallow her up.
"Get out." Aang hisses. "I don't want to see you."
Aang didn't have the childish innocence gleaming in his grey silver eyes like he always had. It was like something dark came over him and his eyes had a lifeless look to them.
