3RD PERSON POV
Days went on with Tay and New spending time at the mansion, some days New would have outbursts, and other times he would calm down. Eventually, his grandparents went home to assess the situation.
Later on, they found out that New's father was funding a big research-producing facility that produces rogues they were called on to the council for interrogation.
While all of it was still kept from New to prevent him from being disturbed mentally.
Little do they know that New had eyes and ears everywhere. He had already suspected his father's involvement in the incident that happened to him.
And now he is planning to attack the facility which caused problems within their clan.
Of course, all of it was kept secret from Tay and his grandparents.
TAY POV
The past days have been heartbreaking for me seeing him struggle out of his mind fighting his inner demons refusing to submit, to become a savage. He is getting there Krist said that he is getting better at controlling.
And the drug was wearing off.
But still, I am a little unsettled with the fact that New is getting better as they say.
In the middle of the night...
" Hin, why are you still awake what's wrong" - Tay
"Nothing Love sleep now, I love you" - New
"I love you too" - Tay
New kissed my forehead I can still feel him caressing my cheeks as I drifted off to sleep, his scent smelled like the forest after the rain nostalgic and calming. He hugged me to sleep breathing on my back telling me that he is always close by and that I felt safe and assured all together
NEW POV
Seeing Tay sleeping soundly in my arms is all I could ever wish for, If only things were the way they use to be. I brushed off the hair that have fallen to his eyes.
"My Love I promised to protect you, everything I do is because I love you. My Tay sleep peacefully" - New
I peck a soft kiss on his cheek, carefully removing my arms from him slowly to keep him from waking up. I got out of the bedroom and there stood Luke waiting for me.
"Young Master, all is prepared we can head out." - Luke
"Double the security around the mansion, make sure no one gets here when the operation starts." - New
I gave one last look at the bedroom door where Tay is sleeping. I promise to be back.
We traveled by car in the dead of the night to the outskirts of Chiang Mai to the estate of Sangngern where I would meet Joss. As a fellow pureblood, he is also concerned about the recent events and the internal struggle within the family, yes he can be a douche sometimes but Joss family-inclined person. All but his family comes to him first, he is actually a distant cousin who is engaged to me before, long since we were kids. He hated it when I decided to announce Tay as mine since it disrupted their family peace or so he says but he came into terms with it.
Though we are not close we still speak to each other fairly on family matters as we always do.
When I got to the secluded house in the forest I was greeted by a few vampires scouting the perimeter all of them armed with weapons its as it is we are going to war.
There are 50 men including me on this mission, or maybe 51 as I saw Off strutting down to meet me in a hug that only he can do.
"My beloved Newwiee it's nice to see you up and going, hey you okay now" - Off
"What are you doing here?"- New
I shot Joss a questioning look and he just shrugged raising his hands in the air.
"To look after you, Joss ask for my assistance"- Off
