I'm not proud of this chapter, sorry for how bad it is. I don't have any other ideas for the prompt.

Rantaro smiled to himself as he stirred the pot, glad that his boyfriends were doing okay. Shuichi had begun to feel better and was smiling more around the two. Both Shuichi and Kokichi had just arrived home from long days at work, so Rantaro decided to cook them a chicken curry, something they rarely ate.
Guitar chords wafted through the house from the garage where Kokichi had been practising ever since he'd come home. "Hey, Taro, can you help with something?" Shuichi asked, peeking around the corner. "If you have time!"
"Of course I do, what's up?" Rantaro asked, leaning over to kiss Shuichi's cheek.
"Well, I can't find my phone," Shuichi mumbled. "I've looked everywhere but I still can't find it."
"I'll call it," Rantaro smiled. Turning the stove to low heat, Rantaro pulled out his phone and called Shuichi, hearing a faint chime upstairs. Hmm, Kokichi stopped with the guitar, at least that means we can hear Shuichi's phone. Following the chime upstairs, Shuichi and Rantaro entered their bedroom, finding the phone under the bed.
"Sorry, I could've sworn that I checked here..." Shuichi sighed, slipping his phone into his pocket.
"That's fine Shu, you've found it now," Rantaro chuckled. "Remember when I asked you where my phone was whilst I was calling you on it?" Shuichi grinned, the two sharing a laugh at the fond memory. Turning to return to the kitchen, a loud bang jolted the two into a fight or flight response.
Rantaro and Shuichi rushed down the stairs, finding the source of the noise. Kokichi stood in the kitchen with food splattered over every inch of his body. The pot had fallen on the floor, throwing its contents everywhere over the white tiles. Turning to the two, Kokichi awkwardly huffed out a laugh, holding his hand in the air. "I'm sorry..."
"Are you okay?" Shuichi asked, approaching Kokichi and holding his cheek.
"I tried to help, I didn't mean to drop it," Kokichi muttered, his body in shock.
"You aren't burned or anything? Is anything hurt?" Rantaro asked.
"Just my pride," Kokichi sighed.
"I'll start cleaning up, you take Kokichi to the bathroom," Shuichi told Rantaro who nodded in agreement. Rantaro took Kokichi's hand and lead the male through the hallway to the guest bathroom nearby.
"Call me if you need anything, okay? Just put your clothes in the sink, I'll clean them later," Rantaro smiled, kissing Kokichi's hair. "You taste like curry," he joked.
"Fuck you too," Kokichi laughed, punching Rantaro in the shoulder. The greenette yelped in pain, frowning as he left the bathroom. Returning to the kitchen, Rantaro joined Shuichi in cleaning up the mess, the two easily leaving the kitchen in a better condition than before the incident.
"I'm sorry Rantaro, I feel horrible," Shuichi sighed. Rantaro physically waved off the apology.
"Nah it's fine, I'll just start again!" Rantaro kept a smile on his face, not fussed at the situation. It didn't bother him, he had no problem starting the meal again, just as long as the two people he loved were safe.
"We'll help, it's the least we could do," Shuichi hurried, his demeanour making Rantaro feel anxious and worried.
"Hey, hey it's okay, calm down." Pulling the bluenette closer to him, Rantaro wrapped him in a hug. "It's fine, really. I can start again on my own, you two should calm down." Shuichi had always been the most emotional whenever something happened, whether he was involved or not. It had been something Rantaro liked about him. The detective had always put others before him, ensuring everyone else was okay before himself.
"Please? Can I help you? I'm not doing anything, it'll be fine to do it together," Shuichi pleaded. His innocent, golden eyes sparkled as he begged the greenette, the two maintaining eye contact.
"Damnit, okay fine," Rantaro sighed. "You know I can't say no to that look," he chuckled, ruffling Shuichi's hair. Shuichi laughed, kissing the taller male before a faint shuffle caught their attention. Glancing behind Shuichi, Rantaro noticed Kokichi had changed into clean clothes, standing behind the counter with a meek expression.
"I'm sorry Rantaro, I didn't mean to screw up," Kokichi muttered, playing with his fingers.
"Hey, not you too, come on it's nothing!" Rantaro kept his smile plastered on his face. "It's not your fault, and to be honest I'm surprised something like this hasn't happened yet. Come on, group hug," he suggested, holding out his arms. Kokichi and Shuichi smiled as the three hugged each other tightly.
"I'll cook tonight," Kokichi whispered.
"I have a better idea," Rantaro said as he broke the hug. "We all can cook together! That way if something happens again we'll all be here to help."
"Sounds good," Shuichi nodded.
Kokichi rolled his eyes and sighed, planting his hands on his hips. "I guess if I have to work with you two I can."
"Oh shush you." Shuichi poked Kokichi's forehead, the two laughing together. "We're cooking together on one condition. Kokichi is staying away from the stove."
"Fine, less work for me," Kokichi giggled.
