Chapter 27:
Dinner
Pol's POV
The way she brought out those words hurts like hell. The way she bordered her eyes at me makes me feel the shame for what I did. I wish she knew why I did that, I wish she knew what was the reason behind that. But it's too late, she don't want me anymore. She's not mine anymore.
I promised myself not to cry but unfortunately, I'm here under the sky full of stars, bursting in tears like a crying baby.
"I'm sorry, Ely. I am really really sorry. I know it's too late to apologize, I can't take back those tears, those sleepless nights and the pain I gave you but I am really sorry. I wish you were here right beside me." I was shouting in the middle of nowhere while holding the bottle of alchohols I bought a while ago.
No one's gonna hear me though, I'm here at the top of mountain where I used to go whenever I feel down.
Even if Ely doesn't love me anymore, I'll still wait for her until the end. If I need to cry everyday for her to comeback, I'm willing to do it just for her. Everything is my fault and I should take the consequences.
After a few minutes of being alone, my phone started to ring.
It was ate Inday, the one who cleans our house and cook foods for me.
"Hello, Ser." ate Inday started.
"Oh Ate, why?" I asked.
"Ano po kasi Ser, nandito po sina Madam Isabella at Sir Samuel. Hinahanap ka po nila." she sounds like she's worried.
Those two. Why do they need to come home? Their work is their home.
"Ah, bakit daw po Ate?" I replied.
"Umuwi ka na daw po Ser, mag-di-dinner daw po kayo." Ate answered.
I sighed. Anong meron at nakaalala silang umuwi?
"Okay po, Ate. Thanks." I ended up the call.

I was in our gate when Mykee also arrived.
"Ey, what u doin' here?" I said then our fists met.
"Oh, tita Isabella and tito Samuel told me to come here, I don't know what's the reason. Dinner I guess?" he's also clueless on what's happening.
"Nandito na pala ang mga bata, Ma'am, Sir." rinig namin mula sa unang pintuan ng mansion, si ate Inday.
Then, the two workaholic people came out. Aish- I hate their aura.
All the bad memories snapped back to my head as they walk towards us. "Si Mykee na ba 'to?" Dad said then he embraced Mykee. "Anlalaki niyo na ah, parang kailan lang nung naglalaro kayo dito sa mansion nang nakahubo't-hubad." Mom was the second one to embrace Mykee.
Oh wow, is Mykee their son? Haha, that's fine tho. I also don't want to have an interaction to them.
I am silent the whole time.
