Earlier during lunchtime, Mary had other plans...

|Mary|

What the hell was wrong with him? I don't love him...I know that...wait! Do I love him? No...no of course not!

This was never ending. I was constantly at war with myself on this whole situation. Why should I even care about their stupid problems? I may as well put on a dress and skip out into the forest, picking up flowers and pinching the petals off, asking them if "he loves me or he loves me not?" I shook my head. I mean, I thought I was crazy, but those two kissing was the craziest thing I've seen since I've been to Wonderland. What a mental day that was...

"I hate you."

"I hate you too," Bigby and I smiled at each, having our usual banter. I swear he was literally the only guy on this planet that knew me like the back of my hand. Before I could say something snarky in return Alice came running over.

"Guys! Sorry...give me a sec," she puffed. Me and Bigby stared at each other in surprise. Alice barely ever talked to anyone except from Maddie, never mind us.

"What is it Alice?" I yawned, letting her regain her breath.

"I'm having a tea party after school...and I really want you guys to come," she smiled. We both gave her a blank expression. Well, I did. Bigby just put on a friendly face, making Alice blush a little. What a womaniser, seriously.

"Why would you ask us? Of all people," I snorted, practically ruining the whole conversation. Bigby glared at me, making me grin.

Alice's face fell at my comment, and replied, "Well, it's just...I thought we should get to know each other better. I mean, I know loads about you guys but you know nothing about me. We are gonna be in school for the next year together, so we should all try to get along." Stalker much? I thought that was supposed to be my job!

"Yeah, sure. Me and Mary aren't doing anything after school, are we?" Bigby said gratefully, not giving me the chance to answer. I narrowed my eyes at him and he gave me a cheeky wink. What exactly did she know? How much? How did she know about us?

"Thanks guys! Oh, and you have to be a wolf," Alice whispered to Bigby and skipped away happily. Well that answers my list of questions.

"She knows? I thought she was crazy," Bigby folded his arms and shrugged his shoulders.

"I know right? Don't you know how to hide yourself better?" I hissed, but got nothing but a glare in return,

"I could say the same for you Mary. But we shouldn't underestimate Alice, as she knows things we don't even know," he sounded so deep, which was strange coming from him.

"Anyway, I thought we were gonna fight after school Bigby! What the hell?" He rolled his eyes.

"See, this is why we don't have friends," he joked, earning an angry elbow from me. He started laughing and I joined in, shaking my head at our stupidity. Sure, he was a wolf, but he definitely had good sarcasm.

Later...

"So what do you think this is all about?" I asked as we strolled to the cliff. It was only ten minutes after school had ended, and here we were. Already in the forest with the shimmering rays of sunshine bouncing off the trees.

"Who knows. She definitely seemed excited any•" a rustle in the bushes interrupted our conversation. A purple cat strolled out with a massive grin on its face, making Bigby growl.
