(Update! School is back and it's slowly killing me because I have more exams but I will try to update regularly! Anyway, enjoy!)

"So, what business do you have entering my kingdom?" The Queen's eyes sparkled at us, eyeing us both with a deadly glare. We had reached the castle, where everything was red... Or covered in hearts. Obviously.
"We were just passing through!" I stated, not giving Bigby the chance to answer.
"How did you get here? If you were passing through, then you know where the portal is. I need to find it to rule the other world!" I thought about rolling my eyes but dropped the idea when I realised this Queen was crazy. We were probably gonna be here for a long time...
"What? You can't rule out world! You're already ruling the one here!" Bigby protested. She narrowed her eyes at us. Was she going to chop our heads off now? That shouldn't be legal...
"You know, I don't like liars. Especially those who trespass into my kingdom and run about thinking they own the place! You're not who you say you are, and I want to know why you would ever lie to someone like me. I mean, how stupid are the pair of you?" She questioned with pure anger. When neither of us answered, she stood up abruptly and stormed over to me. The thing she did next was so unexpected I think it surprised the guards just as much as me.
Her hand lifted and slapped me within seconds yet somehow, time seemed to slow down, making the slap even more painful. I almost hit my head off the ground and if there wasn't a guard holding my hands behind my back, I probably would be in a lot more pain than I am now.
I tried not to let out a muffled cry. Sure, I had been slapped before, but this slap was one that I had never experienced before. She hit hard, and therefore the pain hit even harder.
A deadly growl erupted throughout the room, snapping her head to the source. Bigby was infuriated, and his eyes were amber yellow. I can't believe that her hitting me had brought back the wolf inside him, and it almost made me want to smile.
"Don't you dare touch her!" His voice was so threatening, and it even made this bitch flinch slightly.
"So that's who you are? Sticking up for your girlfriend, are we? Make anymore threats and you're done wolf! And don't you dare growl at me!" She spat, close enough to hitting him. The wolf continued to try and come out, but after what seemed like minutes of trying, he gave in. His eyes returned to their normal colour, and a saddening sigh signalled that he was done. He had given up to fight her forces, making her smile evenly in pure victory.
"The Big Bad Wolf isn't so big and bad anymore now is he? The wolf won't be coming out anytime soon due to my magical enchantments. Amazing how someone like me can tame you with only a few simple spells," he stared at me with such melancholy that it made me want to cry. He was so helpless, and yet he would try and protect me to the very end.
I tried to tell him I wasn't disappointed, but if I said another word, I'd probably get slapped again.
"And I know you. Hair as black as raven, lips as red as blood and skin as pale as snow. The fairest of them all, Snow White. Looks like you're not more than just a pretty face, judging on your attitude and the fact you came here with him. Why?" She continued to stare at me, expecting an answer. I had to tell the truth this time since I didn't want another bruise to be added to my face.
"We...love each other. He wanted to show me this place and that's it. No mystery, no mass murder, I swear. We really didn't want to start anything. Can you please just let us go?" I tried to sound brave and cover up the true fact that I was scared. I was scared at what this woman would do. Not to me, but to Bigby. And she laughed when I said that we were in love, even though it was the truth.
