(Your POV):

On my birthday I had to work which is sad but I need the money. All I wanted to do today is hangout with Dally. I requested today off but my boss said no, though he did promise me he would let me go an hour earlier. I left the diner ready to take a long shower and freshen up. I turned a corner and bumped into a guy.

"Oh sorry I- Hey Dal!" I realized it was my boyfriend.

"Hey Kelsey, I was just gonna drag you outta there." He said holding me close.

"Why?" I asked.

"Cause you've been working way too long on your birthday." He said then kissed me on the lips. I waited all day for him!

"Plus I wanna take you out right now." He finished.

"Right now?" I asked.

"Yeah, why not?" He answered.

"I just got off work and I look like a piece of-"

"You look beautiful, c'mon we're almost late for our reservations!" I was cut off by him dragging me all the way to this really beautiful restaurant, in which I have no idea how he paid for. We've been trying to save our money to pay the bills for our apartment, not after this dinner!

After dinner we walked through Tulsa looking at all the beautiful sights and Dal telling stories along the way. We got to a big park with a big fountain and he suddenly stopped walking.

"What's up?" I asked. He answered me by plopping his lips onto mine for long kiss. He broke the kiss and stared into my eyes. I glared back into his dark and mysterious eyes and questioned, "Now what?" He got down on one knee and I gasped. I know exactly what he's gonna ask. I hope.

"Kelsey, ever since I met you I felt like a different person. You are my world. I love ya, now will ya marry me?" He asked. I didn't say anything, I had a permanent smile on my face and nodded.

"Yes! Yes I will!" I screamed. A smile grew on his face as he slipped the ring on my finger. I kissed him and he was so happy he picked me up and twirled me around.

"I love you." He smiled.

"I love yo too !" I smiled back.
