*Evan/My POV
After seeing An Shan off, I went back to my desk to start working on some random paperwork
"Missile guided shipgirls are now a thing master." Mir commented
"Yes. I wonder what's in store for us in the future." I replied. I continued working on paperwork while chatting with Mir when Vestal came into my office.
"Commander, it's time to take off the dressing for your left arm." vestal said
"Finally! I was waiting for this!" I jumped out of my desk and made my way to the hospital bay
Upon reaching the hospital bay, I sat down on a bed and let Vestal take off the dressing for my left arm
"Take good care of your left arm commander." vestal advised me as she took off the dressing for my left arm
"I will. thanks Vestal.'' I replied before thanking Vestal. after the dressing for my left arm has been taken off, I moved my left arm around
"Don't overdo it, commander." vestal advised me
"Oh right." I replied
"Anyways, you're dismissed commander and remember to look out for your wives in case they show signs of going into labor." Vestal dismissed me from the hospital bay and reminded me to look out for Lexington, Glorious and Valiant
"Okay I will." I replied before heading back to my office. upon reaching my office i saw two girls wearing ironblood styled clothing looking around
"Can I help you two?" I asked, startling the two girls
"Commander! there you are! Where were you?! you were supposed to greet me! Listen up! I'm the ironblood submarine U-1206 and I'll be serving here starting today! don't forget next time!" the one with red twintails introduced herself to me in an aggressive way
"And I'm the Jade Class Aircraft Carrier Elbe.'' The one with the peaked cap introduced herself before going up to my ear. "your future lover." she whispered into my ear before going back to where she was just now. "I'm a very bad girl so be careful of what you wish for Kommandant." Elbe informed me before giving me a creepy smile
"Yeah. Anyways I'm Fleet Admiral Evan Siegfried, the commander of this base." I introduced myself to them before we saluted each other "as there's nothing much going on right now you two are dismissed." I dismissed both of them
"Don't forget to greet me next time Kommandant!" U-1206 reminded me before she left
"And Don't forget to lock your bedroom door when you sleep tonight, Kommandant. Who knows I might just come in and steal your virginity." Elbe advised me before giggling creepily and leaving my office
"What a bunch of weird shipgirls." Mir remarked after the two new shipgirls left
"Yeah, especially that Elbe girl. I should stay away from her and here's hoping that she doesn't join Elizabeth's Group." I agreed with Mir before hoping
After Elbe and U-1206 left, I went back to my paperwork just as my jet caliber emitted a beeping sound, indicating that someone is contacting me. Upon hearing that, i grabbed my jet caliber and place the pommel near my mouth to communicate with whoever is contacting me
"This is Kenneth, an emergency has broken out!" the familiar voice of Admiral Kenneth emitted from my jet caliber
"Is it the sirens?" I asked
"Yes and it's something big. I'll brief you, Jabir and Mashkur online. I have already sent you the invite." Admiral Kenneth replied before hanging up
I immediately turned on my laptop and clicked on the link that Admiral Kenneth sent me to join the call
"Looks like everyone is finally here. Alright, I'll get straight to the point. Another Orochi is on the loose." Admiral Kenneth said, causing me to gasp
"Another Project Orochi?" Jabir asked in disbelief
"Yes that is correct." Admiral Kenneth confirmed
"Not good news." I frowned
"Yes and since your arm hasn't recovered yet, it's even more bad news." Admiral Kenneth added in.
"Sir, my arm has just recovered so I can finally join you guys in the fight personally." I pointed out.
"Yes!" Jabir and Mash exclaimed in joy.
"Excellent! We have more manpower now!" Admiral Kenneth remarked.
"So what should we do sir?" Mash asked.
"We meet up at these coordinates and wait for HQ to send us the location of the Orochi." Admiral Kenneth instructed.
"Roger!" the three of us acknowledged in unison and Admiral Kenneth sent us the coordinates
"Jabir put my shipgirls on the line." I instructed but Jabir looked at me confused
"What shipgirls? None of your shipgirls made it here to my base." Jabir asked
"What?" I asked just as Shimakaze entered my office while panting
"Shikikan! Bad news! Shinano has been kidnapped!" Shimakaze exclaimed
"What?!" I exclaimed in shock
"Azur Lane! Emergency Sortie!" Admiral Kenneth commanded
