"Who would have thought she was awake." Cynthia looked at the girl in her lap as she snored lightly as Clair sighed and crashed on the bed tiredly.
Their talk about Ash took a strange turn when they found out Hina was awake and listening to them. In her defense she was asleep half of the trip so sleeping at night wasn't easy.
"Explaining it to her was more tiring than expected." Clair streched herself on the bed while sighing tiredly.
"A strange group aren't you guys." Jane muttered flipping over her pillow to colder side.
"Nothing we could do if you ask me? Everything happened so quickly. Us falling for him and all the stuff." Clair answered Jane who hummed in response.
"What do you think will be her first reaction when she wakes up tomorrow morning." Jane asked as Cynthia looked at Hina.
"It wasn't a dream. I bet she is gonna yell it as loud as she could." Clair chuckled lightly as Cynthia pulled the switch and all the lights closed at once.
"Lets just hope everything goes smoothly." Cynthia said as everyone closed their eyes lightly. Her eyes once again locked on Hina when a strange thought came into her mind. Ash's kid.
Now that was a dangerous thought.
_________________________________________Hina opened her eyes lightly as the morning sun pierced her eyes. She turned around to find Cynthia or Clair or Ash only to be met by nothingness. Her body shot up as she looked around. She was in a strange meadow.
"Daddy." She said. Her eyes running from one place to another as she ran toward a random direction. The seemingly endless meadows stopped expanding as she stood on a cliff.
"Hina. Stand back. That is dangerous." A voice called as Hina turned around and saw someone standing behind her.
A familiar aura.
Someone she knew.
"Mommy." She whispered.
"Bingo princess, you got it right." Sabrina said as she slowly walked toward Hina. Meanwhile Hina, she couldn't believe it. She had seen Sabrina in a lot of pictures but why was she here.
"Someday you will meet mommy." Ash's words rung through her mind. Was it the day.
"Mommy?" She whispered as she slowly walked toward thr woman. Her walk turned into a run as Sabrina leaned down to her level and she hugged her tightly.
"WAAAAHH." She cried out as loudly as she could. She met sabrina. It was the wish she always asked Santa for. And she was here with her mom.
"Its fine. I am here now." Sabrina whispered reassuringly hugging the girl as tightly held her. Her own feelings being of pride that Hina was growing up fine, Guilt that she wasn't with hina, love, respect for Ash for taking care of her as single father till now. And hundreds of others feelings. .
"So lets hear what my little princess have to say." Sabrina picked up the girl in her embrace as the stared at the endless sky.
"Hina hates you." She whimpered rubbing her eyes on Sabrina's shoulders. Sabrina knew why. Hina wanted to he with her for a long time.
"Why is it Hina? Mommy loves you a lot." Sabrina whispered as hina's grip around her neck increased.
"You left me and Daddy alone. He cried a lot because you left him." She accused her as Sabrina sighed. You cannot defy fate can you? Life and death are a cycle no one could defy.
Unless you are Ash or main character of a show.
"I am sorry Hina." Her embrace on the girl increased. She had her set of guilts. Guilt Ash had to go through such pain once again. Guilt Hina had to grow up without her.
