A FEW HOURS AGO

I loved you as much as icarus loved the sun. Too close and too much. Thats why i can never let you go. Even if i am holding a woman i am deeply in love with close to me. There is an empty spot. The wound are healing but the scars are emerging too. Deep scars which remind me of my failure.

I could never understand it why it has to be us. I guess i finally understand what you meant by what you meant that night.

Love is complicated. My grip on the woman next to me increased as I placed her head close to my chest. It is almost like a candle. The beginning of love light up your life and take away all the darkness. But slowly the wax melts hurting you, and in the end nothing else but darkness remains. Worst case a burn shall remain.

For me, it burnt down my whole world to dust.

But i guess one need to burn in order to light up the surrounding. Still i wonder why it had to be you Sabrina.

"Ash." My head slowly rose down looking at her as she pulled back from my embrace looking at me. Her eyes remind me of Sabrina. Concern being visible on them. My expression relaxed on its own as i forced? a smile toward her.

"Something wrong?"

"Maybe in the end i was meant to be like this no matter what i would have done." Fate is a cruel thing. Yet beautiful in its own accursed and twisted way.

I have to keep moving forward. Till I put an end to this story. A story which revolves around me. A story i have to make sure gets an happy ending.

"And no one will change the fact i will love them." He thought aloud.

"You are talking out your thoughts loud." She said as i smiled.

The barrier would protect them on one condition. No outside contact. His eyes locked on the wall pushing against the barrier as he cursed. It was heavy and barrier art wasn't his front. But none of it mattered. Diantha knew nothing of what was happening.

"Checkmate. Ashura." A voice said as his head shot behind. Black outfit, black cap, red logo on chest. Team rocket was here. And not upto any good. His eyes narrowed toward the man who stood there pushing a small cart with him. Meanwhile Cynthia tugged his sleeve pointing toward the greater threat in front of them.

A pokemon with pitch black eyes and numerous scars on its body emerged from the corner looking toward them as his eyes widened. He couldn't decided which side he needed to deal with.

From up, the roof posed threat.

From behind the grunt with a launcher? Ash's heart stopped as he saw it.

From front the Hydregion who just looked like killed a few guards considering the fresh blood stains on its mouth. A strange energy flickered near its mouth charging up as the grunt behind them adjusted the launcher on his shoulders. This was absurd.

The grunt will die too. Why was he doing this.

A leg connected with the man's face throwing him down as the rocket flew out of the window accompanied by a massive explosion as Ash crashed on his knees trying to hold up the barrier.

"GARCHOMP." Ash yelled out as a kunai and blade swung throwing the Hydregion out of the building as Sceptile and Greninja landed in front of the barrier holding their attacks high as a blur flew above them.

"Mega punch." Ash ordered as Garchomp raised his arms above its head charging it up with massive energy outputs which were to be relased at once smashing it against the barrier. The massive shockwaves made all the debris fly away as Ash lowered the guard.
