If you were to say the same thing to Ash years ago while he was a stupid kid then he would have tilted his head in surprise popping the question the heck is hemophilia with a stupid face but unfortunately he wasn't the same Ash...

He changed completely after he met Sabrina and was destroyed completely when she died.. And he knew exactly what Hemophilia is.. A disease which guarantee a damn death.. It can be counted of two types. One being a deficiency of vitamin K while other being completely genetic caused by mutations on genetic level..

Who had it? Clair? Him? Delia? Richard? He never remembered Clair or Richard bleeding for more than usual clot time.. His clotting time was far more powerful than anyone and Clair wasn't that bad too..

Clans are like that.. Different branches served different purposes in the clan.. Lance was from head branch and becoming next heir but he refused the position for some important jobs he believed in while Clair was from different branch..

In case you know a little about history of many places like ottoman empire, the mongols and the arabs.. Marriage was a way to bind people into a treaty to not battle.. Might sound disgusting in present but it was a reality in past..
