Trevor sat down outside the lab after their not so good reunion as he held his pokeball in his hand. Sawyer was the one who gave him a goal. Among everyone in the group it was Sawyer who understood everyone.

He was his best friend.

He lost tierno too. Tierno went his own way to search for Sawyer leaving him alone with Shauna. That was when Alain approached them for help. As much as they loathed each other, deep in their heart they knew it was the only choice here.

Trevor didn't liked Alain too much. He wouldn't go as far as to say he hate him but his betrayal during Kalos crisis and Sawyer being taken as hostage was too much for him.

It was sawyer who understood him more than his parents. It was Sawyer who asked him to follow his heart. He reminded him a lot of Ash. And Ash was his idol.

Did he hated Ash? No he didn't. He respected him. But evrything that took place recently shook him to his core. For him Ash was the kind of guy who would forgive a person even if they try to kill him but what he did was diffrent. Just like Alain.

It just didn't seemed like Ash.

Was it really Ash? Would he get Sawyer back? Would he guarantee his safe return.

Trevor didn't hated Alain. He knew how much guilt he had too. That was why he was willing to give his life to get sawyer back. Alain didn't cared about a lot of people in his life but for whom he cared. He could move the heaven and earth.

Sawyer was one of them. They bonded over their time with Steven.

Trevor stared at the sky remembering Sawyer. What would he do here? Fight among themselves or move forward.

"You okay?" A voice called as he turned around and faced Marin. He turned his attention back to the sky after a small nod.

"I am sorry about Alain. We all are kind of desperate now." She said as Trevor sighed.

"Alain was right. Just where had my shitty plan got us. Nowhere. It was all his intel." Trevor said as Marin sat next to him. She was aware of how everyone was suffering.

"Nothing goes planned. But i think we need to trust Ash. He might have changed but i think he will help us. Alain told me to show you this." She passed her phone to Trevor playing a recording.

"Yo, trevor." A voice said. It was Ash. It became deep over time but still held a familiar tone. So charismatic yet dead at same time.

"Alain told me you didn't trusted me. I guess there are reasons too. But still i hope you stay out of my way. Not in bad way. Just take care of Shauna, Tierno and Alain for sawyer. I doubt he will like to return only to find the group destroyed." He said. How right he was. It was Sawyer who connected them.

Sawyer was the only thing that bought them together.

"I will get him back. Trust me." The recording ended. Trevor was left pondering over a single question. Why was he this immature?
Alain and Ash had more experience in this field. More than him. They know what they are doing while he was just pointing out mistakes.

"Tell Alain I am sorry." He walked away leaving Marin with the answer she needed.

But sorry for what? For fighting with Alain beforehand or something completely different.

"So you mean tree of life hold all the secrets. Then what are we waiting for lets go." Cynthia said as Ilene shook her head in denial.

"It isn't that easy Cynthia. There are threats we don't know about. Regi trio, the WBC of that tree and who knows what else. As long as I don't get that stupid god I doubt we should go. I don't want any one of you to get hurt." Ash said on hearing whatever ilene had to say.
