32 - Atlas's POV

I was angry. More then Angry.

I turned to Antonio and said, "How dare you turn on Bruno?! Do not hurt Bruno! I'm the one that made him hide the communication with me, so if your mad at anyone be mad at me."

He just stared at me though before putting his hands on my cheeks, "Your here..."

I felt my breath hitch slightly before I said softly, "I've always been here."

Then I put my hands on his before lowering them from my face. My gaze turned to Dolores.

I walked over to took Eliana from her.

I smiled bouncing her in my arms causing her the giggle before I looked at Antonio. He seemed to get a little bit of his sense back, pulling away from Bruno and Camilo before walking over, he puts his hand on my back and we went up to his room.

Once we were there he says, "I don't know where to start. I have so many things I wanted to say, so many questions, so many rants."

I sat down on a hammock, laying Eliana in my lap before I held her little fists shaking them to make her giggle before I said, "She has your eyes..."

He sits across from me before saying, "Atlas."

I looked at him before saying softly, "Antonio, I tucked the note in Lia's Bed. I need to feed Eliana, so why don't you find that note before we talk, ok?"

He nods and I get up walking back to my room. When I got there I ran my hand over the door before hearing, "Atlas..."

It was Camilo. I sighed and rubbed Eliana's back while turning around, "Hola Camilo."

He shifts uncomfortably but seemed unable to find anything to onsay before asking, "What made you pick Eliana?"

I shake my head and say, "Adios Camilo..."

Then I smiled into my room. I took a deep breath before looking around see all my journals and everything just laying around. I shook my head before sitting on my bed and feeding Eliana. After a few minutes there was a knock and I said, "just a minute!"

I covered up before Eliana finally let go so I started to burp her before opening the door. Antonio was looking at me and then her before saying, "Atlas I-"

I shake my head before Eliana finally spit up. I wiped her mouth with the rag before bouncing her gently in my arms. Then I say, "Antonio, I want you to raise Eliana."

"Why?! Why won't you raise her?!" He asks

I sighed and said, "Becuase I almost killed her during Birth Antonio. I lost control of my gift and when they set her on my chest I didn't realize I didn't have control and I touched her with my hands. Antonio, my gift is dangerous. And besides, I don't want to raise Eliana in hiding..."

Antonio rubs his face before saying, "but why do you have to hide?!"

"Look at what has already happened in the few minutes that I've attempted to come back into your life... you nearly hurt Bruno! I am a root of evil in this family and I know that now... I'm not ignorant Antonio, I have heard the rumors in the village, the stories. I just don't want to hurt people anymore..." I sighs before finishing with, "Antonio, I'm thinking about leaving Encanto..."

Antonio's eyes widened and he says, "No! Atlas please!"

He cups my face in his hands and the look he gave me was completely gut wrenching. I could tell that I was breaking his heart.

He kisses me before saying, "I've managed nine months without you Atlas, maybe if you hadn't come back then this would hurt as much but you can't do this to me... you can't show up again and then leave... and besides, Atlas I can help you raise her... I will help you control your gift... please Atlas..."

I shift Eliana to my other arm before putting my hand on Antonio's cheek, kissing him. The kiss felt like it last forever before he finally pulls away and I said softly, "I've missed you too Antonio. But I'm desperately trying not the damage the family that Mirabel worked so hard to pull back together. Please understand..."

He shakes his head, "I can;t and I won't... I finally everything I've dreamt of. The woman I love and seeing her holding our baby. You left for nine months and then just dropped back into my life... please don't go..."

I hold Eliana out infront of me. She was looking at me curiously. I put my head against hers before kissing her forehead and saying, "Take care of her Antonio..."

I hand her to him before he says, "please Atlas... Don't Go..."

I kiss his cheek and says, "I will drop off milk bottles for her in your room, every week until she needs to be weened... after that, I will stay out of your life again..."

He shakes his head and I drew a symbol in the air be of disappearing form his view. I slipped around him but hesitated watching in for a moment. He looks at Eliana before saying softly, "why does your mother have to be so stubborn hm? I want to help her... but she doesn't want to be helped..."

Then her turned and left my room. I shook my head before sighing and leaving the house.
