AU in which Kangmu has a death wish. Ended up being fluffier than originally intended but I'm not complaining.

"Wow," Kangmu said as he watched the secret tape of the President's son's room, when Hanna had driven out a nosy reporter with nothing but a nightstick. "You did that?"
"Don't sound so surprised," Hanna took the tape out and slid it back into the envelope it came in. "They don't call me one hundred warriors for nothing."
Kangmu smiled at his fiancée. She turned back towards him, raising an eyebrow.
"Why are you looking at me like that?"
He shrugged and stood. "Hanna... if I asked you to do something for me, would you do it?"
"Of course," she said immediately.
"Prove your nickname," he walked towards her. "Fight me."
"Are you crazy?" Hanna asked. "You want me to fight you?"
Kangmu smirked. "You don't think you can?"
That snagged her right in her pride. She stood a little straighter. "Of course I could. But I don't want to."
"Why not?"
"Because I don't want to hurt you, idiot!"
"I think I've survived worse than you," Kangmu said, placing his hand over hers.
She looked up at him. "Is that an insult?"
He smiled. "Of course not, jagiya."
"Don't call me-"
Kangmu was already out the office door. Hanna shook her head, going back to organizing the boxes of files.

Hanna hadn't seen Kangmu since then. She'd left the ANSP headquarters in the early evening and was now walking back to her apartment from the marketplace, a bag of food hanging from her arm.
It wasn't unusual for Kangmu to suddenly go off on a small mission— either scouting or tailing a suspect— but usually he'd tell her before leaving, which he hadn't this time. Hanna shook her head, trying not to let it worry her too much.
She ducked into an alley that served as a shortcut back to her apartment. It was dark and dirty, exactly the kind of place one would expect to get mugged in. But Hanna had been an agent for over six years. Her job took her to places sketchier-looking than this on a regular basis. She had her favorite revolver tucked away in her coat pocket just in case, so she wasn't worried. Plus, she'd taken this route without incident countless times before.
Hanna was halfway through the alley when she heard a quiet footstep behind her. Before she could even turn around, she was tackled to the ground, the bag flying away from her and landing against one of the alley walls.
But right now, the bag was the last of Hanna's worries. She threw the person who'd tackled her off, rolling to her feet and wasting no time counterattacking. Her assailant was dressed in all black, with combat boots and a black mask covering his whole head except for his eyes.
