"Ya, Lee Kangmu!"

Kangmu turned to see his friends and teammates Kim Seungjun and Oh Dongjae.

"Yes?" He asked. "Is something wrong?"

"Ah, no," Seungjun said. "We just wanted to ask you something."

"Like what?" Kangmu asked suspiciously.

"Is it true you're dating Jang Hanna?" Dongjae asked, a stupid grin on his face.

Kangmu froze, his shoulders going rigid. "What?"

Seungjun grinned. "You know dating is forbidden within the department."

"We're not-" Kangmu caught a glimpse of Hanna as she walked inside and ducked into an office.

Dongjae turned, also having seen her. "I'm an agent too, Kangmu-ya. I know when you're lying."

"Maybe we should report you two to Chief Ahn," Seungjun said.

"What?" Kangmu's dark eyes widened. "She's not... I mean, ugh, we're just colleagues!"

Dongjae smiled slyly. "Still lying."

"Fuck you," Kangmu muttered.

"Don't worry, I won't tell," Seungjun said. "On one condition."

"What is it?"

"I never thought that Jang Hanna could have a softer side," Seungjun said. "Call her jagiya. See how she reacts."

Kangmu spluttered, his face turning red. "What? She'll shoot me!"

"Ah, no she won't," Dongjae said. "Just do it. But where no one else but us can hear you."

"Unless you want this case to go right to the Chief..." Seungjun said in a sing-song voice.

Kangmu glared at him. "Are you threatening me?"

Seungjun shrugged. "There's been nothing exciting around here for weeks. We want some entertainment."

Hanna walked out of the office and towards the stairwell. Her footsteps echoed down the concrete walls.

"No cameras. No camcorders. No bugs," Gangmu demanded.

"Agent's honor," Seungjun promised.

Kangmu shook his head, not believing he was letting himself get pushed into this. He ran down the stairs after Hanna, but when he got to the parking lot, her car was gone.

"Ssi-bal..." he muttered, but still somewhat relieved.

Hanna returned a couple hours later, dropping off some papers in Chief Ahn's office. She opened the door to leave, only to almost run right into Kangmu.

"Annyeonghaseyo, timjangnim," she said, giving him a quick bow before walking away. Kangmu hadn't even been able to get a word out.

"Ya," Dongjae said, stopping her in her tracks. "Shouldn't you show timjangnim some respect? You nearly ran into him."

"Why?" Hanna asked. "It's not like he's the president. And he's only four years older than me."

"It's okay, Dongjae," Kangmu said. "She's not under my command anymore."

Hanna nodded and left.

"Come on!" Seungjun hissed. "That was your chance!"

"With all these operators working right here?" Kangmu whispered back. "No way."
