AU. I know this cliche is way overused but I couldn't help myself-

Fair warning this is a tiny bit steamier than the other oneshots have been.

"I can't believe this..." Hanna said, holding a dress out in front of her body.

"Sorry," Oh Dongjae said. "It's the best way to infiltrate the party."

"A party of high-society rich people," Hanna said distastefully. "Why couldn't we send in guys dressed as bodyguards?"

"We did," Dongjae said. "He got caught."

"So? I could do better than him!"

"Probably," he admitted. "But this is just a scouting mission. We need you to find out if this woman is there."

He gave her a photograph of a pretty young woman with wavy brown hair. "Her name's Ya Sunja, codename Flying Comet 1. She's from the North, but has been allegedly working across Germany and Poland. We just need to know if she has infiltrated the upper class. And if she's at the party, she has."

"Understood," Hanna folded the picture in half and tucked it into her pocket.

"Go home and get ready," Dongjae said. "Lee Kangmu will pick you up in two hours."

Hanna dropped the dress she was holding. "Lee Kangmu?"

Dongjae frowned. "Yes. I don't know why you thought you'd be going with anyone else besides your fiancé."

"No, that's not it," Hanna panicked. "I thought I was going alone! Kangmu... Kangmu can't see me wearing this!"

"Why not?" Dongjae asked. "Chief An's wife designed it."

"Dongjae, have you ever seen me in anything besides a regular shirt or coat and pair of pants?"

"I've never seen you outside of ANSP work," he said.

"Exactly," she said, picking up the dress. "I don't wear dresses! Especially not short, sparkly ones!"

The dress was white, covered in bright multicolored designs. Gold thread lined the hem, cuffs, and neckline, and gold sequins were stitched along the top of the long sleeves. A gold belt wrapped around the waistline. Hanna couldn't believe this was the least flashy of the options she'd been given.

"We've been over this, Hanna," Dongjae said. "You only need to stay for an hour or two anyway. Go get ready."

Hanna exhaled through her nose, stuffing the dress into her bag. "Fine."

She drove back to her apartment in silence. Even though she hated everything about this mission, she knew that if she had to do it anyway, she should probably do it well. She changed into the dress, pinned a few locks of her short hair up, then went through her small supply of makeup. Even though she rarely used makeup, in the field of espionage, a little cosmetic know-how proved handy. She picked out a lipstick a few shades redder than her natural color, then did a minimal amount of work on her eyes. Once she was satisfied with her face, she grabbed a small black crossbody, in which she stuffed her ANSP ID card, handheld radio, keys, the photo of her target, and a pocketknife. She threw in the lipstick on top.
