Chapter 25: School.

MEGHANS POV
I walk down from my bedroom and down to the garage. Every body except Happy and Toby are at their work places. I go and sit at my work spot. Paige walks over to me.
"Lets talk about what happened at school now."
"Why now?"
"Because it's been two weeks and we're going to talk about it now."
"Well I'm not going back."
"What? What do you mean." At that moment Happy and Toby walk in, Happy smiling probably because Toby said one of his stupid jokes that are so stupid their funny. Happy's wearing a maroon camisole, Black pants and a olive green military jacket. The camisole defines her belly which hasn't gotten big at all she almost looks the same, just a little bump.
"I mean i don't want to go back to school!" I respond a little to loud. The whole team is staring now but I don't care.
"Why don't you want to go back to school?" She asks me.
"It doesn't matter!" I shout running up the stairs to my room. I run in and lock the door, I sit on my bed. I hear foot steps coming up the stairs
"Meghan, open up its Happy." I hear Happy say.
"No." I respond upset. I hear a few clicks and then a lock and the door swings open, a paper clip in the lock.
"Wow that was easy." Happy says.
"Now do you want to tell me what's going on?" She asks me. I shake my head.
"Meghan please tell me, I can't help if I don't know what's going on." I look down at my shoes the same converse I have been wearing since my dad left.
"He goes to my school." I say quietly.
"What? Who?"
"Dylan."
"Who?" She repeats.
"The kid who gave me a black eye the first day I met you."
"He goes to your school? Did he do something to you?"
"I don't know..."
"Meghan tell me."
"He pushed me against the locker and said if I don't give him all my money he will find me."
"And what did you do."
"I punched him in the nose."
"And that's why you had an anxiety attack?"
"Well that's not all of it, no."
"Well I have to say you did the right thing, but you know we would never let anybody hurt you."
"I know." I respond looking at Happy.
"Hey Happy how are you? You know with the baby." I ask her.
"I'm going really good actually, thank you Meghan." She says grabbing my hand.
"Let's go down stairs I think the team has a surprise for you." We walk down stairs together. When I get downstairs everybody is there waiting for me.
"So we were thinking about your whole school thing." Happy says.
"Yeah and we thought since you didn't want to go to school..." Toby says.
"We could home school you here." Sly finishes Toby's sentence.
"Yeah we could each teach you something." Walter says.
"Yeah Walter could teach you science and hacking, Happy can teach you mechanics and social studies, Slyvester can teach you mathematics, Toby can teach you psychiatry and English language arts, and lastly I can teach you emotions/human interaction and Spanish." Paige says.
"What about physical education?" I ask.
"Go do five jumping jacks." Toby says. I do five jumping jacks.
"There's you PE for the day." Toby says looking at me with a smirk, I nod smiling.
"Is this really all for me?" I ask.
"Yes we know you really want school but we also knew you didn't want to go to that school." Paige says looking at the team. I smile.
"Thank you so much." I say hugging each one of them. When I hug Happy I put a hand on her stomach and whisper
"Your going to be a great mom." She smiles. I'm excited to start my new school.
"Let's get started."Slyvester says pulling out a chair for me to sit. I sit down and get ready to learn.
