Chapter 23: Not good.

TOBYS POV
(2 weeks later)
"Hey Toby can I talk to you? It's important." I hear Happy ask me.
"Sure babe, what's up?" I respond trying to annoy her.
"First of all don't call me babe, ever. Second of all I need to tell you something." She tells me. I love her face when she gets annoyed. Today she is different though, more quiet and scared then her usual self.
"What is it? Is something wrong?" I ask looking into her beautiful eyes.
"Well... um..." She says her voice shaky.
"Toby... I'm pregnant." She says a tear escaping.
"What? But I thought you said the doctor said that you couldn't have kids?" I ask a tear escaping as well.
"Well apparently she was wrong."
"It's mine?"
"Yes."
"Oh no."
"Oh yes." She says sarcastically her voice still shaky.
"We are going to keep it." I say.
"Are you sure?"
"How did you feel when your dad gave you up?"
"Like crap."
"Then don't let this baby feel like that."
"Ok." She says leaning her head on my chest. I look at her stomach, she hasn't gained much wait yet. She's wearing olive green jeans, a black camisole, leather jacket and combat boots.
"So your warming up to me I see?" I say trying to lighten the mood.
"Don't get carried away." She tells me with out moving.
"What are we going to do?" Happy asks me.
"Well first we are going to take you to the doctor tomorrow and then once it's official we can take it from there." I tell her. She must be reading my mind because she hands me the pregnancy test.
"Well we are still going to the doctor tomorrow but here's the test. Thought you would want to see it." I take the test and look at it. Two lines, well I guess she wasn't lying. At that moment The rest of the team walks in.
"Don't tell anyone." She whispers to me. I nod to show I understand. She takes the test out of my hand and puts it in her bag.
"So what are you guys up to?" Paige asks holding Ralph's hand.
"Nothing really." Happy responds calm. She's very good at lying.
"Well anyway we have a case." Cabe says chiming in.
"Let me just drop of Ralph." Paige says walking out. Meghan then comes walking down the stairs.
"Hey guys." She says walking down the stairs. She is feeling a lot better now and her arm is almost completely healed.
"Hi Meghan." I respond.
"Where's Paige?" She asks walking over to me.
"She took Ralph to school." Sly responds. Meghan hasn't gone to school since her anxiety attack. She's probably going back soon because she really wants her doctors degree. When Paige comes back Cabe tells us about the case.
"Well there is a loose killer in the government agency's secret hide out."
"And why can't the police find him it?" Paige asks.
"Well nobody is suppose to know where the secret hide out is and since we already work for the government we can help." Walter says.
"Exactly." Cabe says.
"Well this shouldn't be too hard." Happy says looking at me. We walk out the door and into the van. It's a long drive so Happy drives to get us there in 10 minutes.
"Careful." I whisper to her. She nods. When we get there we see that the government hide out is really big. We go inside and are warned to be careful. We find a vacant room and go in there and lock the door. Walter takes the computer out of his back pack and place it on the table Meghan then comes over and hacks into the security cameras. We see a suspicious guy looking through the files.
"That's our guy." Meghan and I say at the same time. We can't figure out what room he's in, all we no is it's in the north east part of the building somewhere. We need somebody small to sneak into the air vents and see which room he's in.
"I'll do it." Happy says looking up at the air vents. I grab her arm gently.
"No happy you can't." I whisper to Happy.
"I'll be fine." She says standing under the main way to get into the air vent.
"Be careful." I tell her. There's a ladder that leads up to the air vent but it starts in the middle of the wall. I offer her a leg up but instead she jumps and grabs the end of the ladder and pulling her self up. Wow pregnant and still kicking butt.
"Wow." Paige says to Walter. She climbs up into the vents.
"I'm up were do I go." Happy says into the ear piece.
"Take to rights a left and then go forward." Walter says. She does as told.
"Now turn in the direction you hear a voice." She does as told and finds the guy.
"I found him." she says she jumps down from the vent quietly. The guy does not hear.
"Be careful Happy that guys a killer." Walter says. Cabe gave her his gun just in case. She knocks the guy to the ground and takes out her gun.
"One move and your dead." I hear her say. I love how feisty she is. Cabe leaves the room and goes to the room with Happy. I hear hand cuffs click and Cabe and Happy leaving. They walk back into the room, the man with them. He is a tall pail man with medium brown hair. We all walk out of the hide out and then bring the man to head quarters. Then we go back to the garage.
"I told you it would be easy." Happy says walking into the garage. I drive Happy home and decide to stay with Happy tonight I know she's scared about this whole thing.
