Chapter 33: Whats up?

HAPPYS POV
It's 9 O'Clock at night and I open the door to see Toby standing there.
"What are you doing here?" I ask.
"I wanted to see you." He responds. I let him in and we sit on the couch. He hands me a fruit punch vitamin water.
"I know you like these so I got you one." He says.
"Thanks." I say taking it. I smile at him.
"So why are you really here?" I ask him.
"To talk."
"About what?"
"Anything, everything."
"I'm scared." I tell him. I can't believe I actually told him that.
"About what?"
"The baby. What if it's not a genius? How are we going to take care of him or her?"
"We'll ask Paige."
"How? She raised a genius and we are all geniuses nobody here knows how to take care of a normal person."
"Paige is a normal person, we can learn a lot from her. Don't worry we can handle this."
"What about the house and the money?"
"What about it?"
"We don't have any money because your always gambling it away and we don't even live together."
"Then we'll move in together." When I hear this I hold my breathe. So many thoughts are running through my head right now.
"Maybe we will. Not yet though." I respond. I put my head on his chest and lean back a bit so I'm almost laying on him. He puts his hand on my stomach and I put my hand on top of his.
"So should we find out if it's a girl or boy or should we wait and find out when you have the baby?" He asks me. I think for a second.
"We should wait and find out, build suspense." I respond.
"Well I can't wait to find out." He responds smiling.
"What about names?" I ask.
"What about Toby junior for the boy and Jesse for the girl." He responds smiling.
"How about no. But I do like Jesse for the girl, what about Maxwell for the boy?" I say thinking about Meghan.
"I like that. Also if it's a boy that would be a great name."
"Perfect." I respond looking up at him, he has these light blue eyes that always draw my attention. I'm excited to have this baby, yet still nervous about the details.
"Can we go get the crib tomorrow?" I ask him.
"We? As in both of us?" He asks me surprised.
"Yes, we." I respond giving him a little smile.
"Of course, we shouldn't have a case tomorrow so that would be the perfect day." He responds looking down at me. I like laying here with him.
"Did you take your pills?" He asks me. I like how he takes such good care of me even though he knows I could do it myself.
"No I took them earlier today but not tonight." I respond. He gently lifts me off of him and takes the medicine from the Locked cabinet in my hallway. He hands me a pill.
"Thanks." I say taking it from him.
"Pizza?" He asks.
"Sure." I respond. He picks up the phone and calls the number, the pizza only takes about 10 minutes to get here. As were eating the pizza Toby leans close to me.
"I love you." He says softly, I almost can't hear him.
"I love you too." I whisper I'm not even sure he heard me, but I bet he did.
