Cassidy Jean's POV

I'm in the Cafeteria as usual. Wala pa akong spot na pwedeng tambayan eh, ni hindi pa nga ako nakalibot sa school para magtingin-tingin.

"Hi Cj!" A loud voice shouted from behind, it's Sky. Hinintay ko lang na umupo siya sa harap ko gaya ng parati niyang ginagawa, it's to stare at his crush again.

"Napapadalas ka yata dito?" Tanong niya matapos umupo.

"I should ask you the same." Sarkastiko kong sabi sabay kain ng inorder ko. You're too obvious Sky.

Pinagmasdan ko na naman siyang tumitig kay Zed habang nakangiti. To be honest, she's being a creep. Yet Zed seems to like it. Lately, siya yung nakakasama ko tuwing lunch. Hindi ko alam kung magkaibigan kami o ano pero siya lang ang nakakaya kong samahan. The other girls are too...

"You're getting a little bit too popular lately." Bigla niyang sinabi sa gitna ng pagkain ko. Lumingon siya sakin and I raised a brow. "What made you think that?"

Nginuso niya ang paligid at may ilang babaeng nakaupo medyo malapit sa pwesto ko. "Girls from other section are afraid of section F yet their will to see you is even greater than their fear."

"They're not here to see me."

"Hmm... What made you think that?" Nahinto ako sa pagkain dahil sa itinanong niya. That backfired.

"I... Just want to believe they're not here for me. That's too weird and scary."

"Scary? Wait until Lex comes to get you."

"Who's that?" Even though I have an idea who that is.

"You'll know soon..." Sabay kindat sakin. "...by the way, why aren't you here earlier? Buwan ng wika ngayon."

"I kno--" I stopped midway of what I was about to say.  Crap. I'm a boy from America, I shouldn't know that. "--what's that?"

*Nerbyos na tawa*

"You don't know what Buwan ng wika means? Buwan means 'Moon'. Wika means 'language'. Therefore, Buwan ng wika means 'Moon language'." Mahabang paliwanag niya kahit mali naman.

As much as I want to hit her, I can't.

Nagkunwari akong walang alam at tinanong pa siya ng 'Really?' and guess what? She laughed while saying yes. 'Di ko maiwasang mapaisip. In this situation, I don't who's making fun of who. She's teaching me wrong things and she thinks I don't understand her pftt.

"Anyways, all students are encouraged to go to the gym at 4pm. It's a fresh start and they're welcoming us..." Kinunutan ko siya ng noo dahil sa sinabi niya. Isn't it a bit too late? Class started a week ago. "...Ganon talaga dito, batas sila eh..." Tumayo siya at tinapik ang balikat ko. "...parang sumasama na paningin ng mga babae mo sakin eh, aalis nako."

Huh? Magsasalita pa sana ako pero mabilis siyang naglaho sa paningin ko. 'babae mo' what the hell does that mean?! Kunot-noo kong pinagmasdan ang pinto pa exit sa cafeteria as if babalik siya kung tititigan ko yun. Mas mahirap pa sa math ang iniisip ng isang yun, apakakomplikado.
