Yuuto's POV
The morning sun peaked over the skyscrapers of Republic City. Today would have marked our 9th anniversary. But since then, I have wondered if we will ever be able to celebrate it. My thoughts drifted to whether I would ever see my wife or kids again. Would they recognize me when I arrived? In particular, my daughter. Nevertheless, I'm not sure if my son will ever forgive me.
That night, I was defending myself against the Equalists. Throwing fireballs all around me, dodging the number of tear gas that was aimed at me. Until my bending was hampered by a chi blocker. As I lay there dying, hearing his cries, my trusted friend carried him away. "You've brought this on yourself," he said. As he escapes with my crying son in his arms. It still haunts me to this days. Now it was time to get them back. But I had to visit an old friend first. I knocked on the door of her apartment and waited for a moment. Then, the door opened. I raised my head, looking straight into her eyes which were wide open in shock.
"You!!" she said, "B-But--"
"I heard you were busting out some teenagers from jail." I interrupted.
Lin shook out of her stunned expression and nodded determinedly.

Jo-Jo's POV
I marched down to the jail cell, slamming the door behind me, "You think I'm stupid, do you?" I asked angrily. The woman looked up, "I found your little diary, which by the way, should be renamed "The most laughable excuse in all human history," Something about a waterbender named Noatak, and then this dream about a blood bender named Yakone? But this hasn't answered my question from the beginning. So let me ask you this one last time, why did you kill my parents and my little sister?"
"My dear Zenji, don't you know who Noatak really is?" she asked in a calm voice.
"What?" I asked, "Of course, I know. What are you talking about?"
"I don't know about your dream, but I might suspect that Noatak might be related to Yakone."
"What does that have to do with Amon?"
"Because Noatak is Amon." My eyes widened, stunned by what she said, "Noatak told me he left his abusive father, but I never knew that it would've been Yakone. So it all makes sense now."
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"Amon's motto isn't for equality among benders and non-benders. He wants to rid the world of benders, but he himself is a bender. How could I be so blind? So hell-bent on finding him when danger was right in front of me." tears began to flow down her face, "And now, my husband is dead, but his death wasn't in vain. Because now I know you're alive, and I believe that your sister is alive as well."
"Sister? What do you---"
"Jo-Jo, Amon wants you to report to him immediately!" said a henchman appearing at the entrance.

Yuuto's POV
Lin metal bends the door off its hinges and tosses it away. A girl with raven black hair sits up with a surprised look on her face.
"Hope you got enough beauty rest. Come on. We're busting you out." Lin said.
"Thanks. I owe you." the girl said, smiling.
We then went over to another cell, revealing two boys.
"Asami!" said the tall one embracing the female.
"Ahh! A little privacy, please!" the other male squealed, as he was in the middle of handling some.....business. I lowered the brim of my hat.
"Are you all right?"
