Yukari's POV

I sat on the steps watching Meelo play with Poki.

"Watch me, Poki." Meelo said, "You lie down and roll over." he demonstrates, "Roll. Over."

"No, no, you can't just demonstrate it. That never works." Tenzin muttered. I turned to look at him.

Poki curls up and falls asleep, "Good!" Meelo gives Poki a leeche berry.

Tenzin sighs, "Ugh, classic over-rewarding."

I rolled my eyes, "Why don't you go over and show him how it's done?"

"I think I will." Tenzin agreed. Getting up and approaches his son. Just then Zenji enters eating an apple.

"What's going on?"

"Tenzin's trying to teach Meelo how to be a better lemur trainer."

He and I glance at each other, "Bet ten yuans it ends poorly." he said.

"You're on." I answered as we followed Tenzin.

"Having some trouble, son?" Tenzin asked.

" Poki isn't very good at learning."

Tell me about it. I thought.

"Believe me, I know the feeling. Maybe I can help. How would you like your old dad to teach you how to be a master trainer?"

"Yeah!" Meelo smiles, "Is Yukari and Zenji helping too?"

"Oh no, no. We'd prefer to watch from the sidelines." Zenji answered.

"For observational purposes." I added with a wink. Tenzin narrowed his eyes skeptically.

Later he takes Meelo to the courtyard and stood behind him. I earthbent two small mounds seats for Zenji and I to sit to watch from the side. As I looked on, I felt a sudden chill run over my body, "Why is it so cold all of a sudden?" I asked.

"Well we are a few ways up. Now keep quiet."

"All right, Meelo, the first thing you need to do as a trainer is establish dominance. You are in charge. Never forget that. Now call Poki."

"Poki, come here!" Meelo commanded. But the lemur remained in place, "Poki." the lemur then jumps forward and crawls on Meelo, tickling the boy, "Poki no!"

"Fascinating." Zenji said sarcastically with a smirk.

Tenzin growled at Zenji remark, "Meelo ... you're rewarding him for bad behavior."

Just then I started to cough, "You're okay?" Zenji asked.

"I'm fine, it's just a little cough." I answered.

The next day, I felt worse than yesterday. My body ached with pain as my head began to throb. We all gathered outside infront of the temple to observe what Meelo has been doing.

"Whoa you don't look so good." Bumi said noticing me.

"Are you sure you can't take a few minutes to lie down?" Zeina asked.

"I'm fine. It's just a small cold." I answered while shivering profusely.

"Poki sit!" Meelo commanded. Poki sits, "Roll over," the lemur obeys, "Good boy!" Meelo said, rewarding the animal with a berry.

"Well done, Meelo! I knew you could learn to train Poki."

"Not just Poki. I trained all the lemurs. Watch!"

Meelo blows a whistle, causing Poki to run away and fly. It is accompanied by many more lemurs. Meelo's entire family look on in awe. Meelo blows his whistle, commanding the lemurs to fly toward the direction in which he is pointing. On a final blow and a point to the ground, all the lemurs land on the floor, with Poki at the center.

"Uh, maybe we should forget about all this training discipline for now. Why don't you and Poki just have fun and play?" Tenzin asks Meelo.

"Thanks, dad, training makes me tired. Come on, Poki." Meelo runs back to his room with Poki. With a blow of his whistle, all the remaining lemurs leave the scene. Suddenly, my head began to pulsate through my skull. I groaned, grabbing my head.

"What's the matter?" Zeina asked.

"Are you okay?" Kya joined placing her hand on my shoulders.

I broke free from Kya, "I'm f-fine, I just nee...." before I could finish the place began to spin as I then fall towards the ground.

I could hear the muffled sounds of my family members calling my name but then it all went black after that.
