He died. I'm not sure when, but it was within about 10 minutes of right now. I didn't get to say goodbye.

we found out what he had was cancer in his intestine, and it had been spreading all winter. There were some signs before, but he knew this past week he was dying so him not eating and drinking was him telling us he was ready to go. This morning I said goodbye to him when I left for school not sure if he would be alive when I got home or not. That was the last time I saw him. This morning when my mom was giving him his IV he looked her dead in the eyes and sat down as she administered his IV. He hated every second that we refused to except he was ready to die, and he was mad we were still trying to keep him alive. My parents took him to the vet later in the day, and they decided to do explorative surgery to see if they could cut the cancer away, and when they found out they couldn't let him pass when he was under.

He's been my best friend for years, and i'll miss him so much. I already miss his lawn-mower purring and his fluffy tail, but what I miss the most is jot being able to sleep because he was downstairs mewling and screaming bloody murder that he couldn't go outside into the -30 degree weather. I hope he knew in passing that we loved him so much and we will always remember him.
