"Is he here?" you ask cautiously as you crack open the door. Being best friends, Loki, as well as the other band of Asgardians, had the key to your house. Thor and Sif shake their heads.

"No, you're all clear!" With a sigh of relief, you enter the house and lock the door.

"Why are you avoiding, Brother?"

"We're in the midst of a tickle war, and I'm focused on not surrendering." In fact, this tickle war had lasted for the better part of three months.

"Fair enough," Sif says as she changes the channel on the television. You plop down next to them. You start to laugh as you recognize the show.

"F·R·I·E·N·D·S?"

"Yes," Thor confirms. "Does not Brother Loki remind you of Chandler?" You go to deny, but give it some thought.

"Well I'll be."

While in thought, the door slams open. All your heads turn, and your eyes widen. Jumping over the couch, Loki tackles you, keeping you to the white carpet.

"I am not losing to a girl!"

"Neither am I!" you tease back, only making him attack you more. You tickle him back more fervently, both of your giggles filling the air.

"Stop this!" Thor asks, worried for both of your safetys. You were close to hitting your glass coffee table. Plus, it do look like a hyena fight.

Now Sif, growing quite impatient, had had enough. Slamming the pause button on the DVR, she whips her head around.

"(Y/N), we all know you're not giving up because you like the closeness and like Loki, and he's too oblivious to pick it up, now will you two, QUIT IT?! I'm trying to watch my favorite show!" Loki's eyes widen.

"You like me?!" In a final effort, you pin him to the floor, using your knees to hold back his arms.

"SAY IT!" you exclaim, tickling him under his arms.

"I like you, too!" he laughs out. Stunned, you slow to a stop, then release him. He sits up to meet you. The corners of your eyes had fallen.

"What?"

"I mean it. I like you too, (Y/N). I just never think you'd go for a person like me." You smile.

"Aww, Loki that's so sweet."

"And I also think you'd be that easy to distract," he says with a mischievously smile. He pins you back down, letting his fingers dance around your neck.

"Stop!" you say, popping the 'p.'

"I'll stop if you agree to dinner."

"Alright! Just let me go!" With a dying chuckle, he let's you sit up once more. You both catch your breaths.

"Okay," he says, still panting. "Friday's at 7?"
