I was checking my gun to make sure everything is in order when I heard someone come in and I didn't look back to know who it was.
"You got everything ready Ele?" I asked her as I put my gun in the holster and then looked back at her. "Yeah. Let's go. It's 5 am." She said and pointed to her watch.
I then grab the jacket from my floor and went out of my room with her. We were walking out of the security building when Gisele and I looked over to Sam who was waving to us as he was by the jet at the launch pad.
"You think we can take Lang with us?" She asked as we made our way over to the jet. "We have to. He endangered Sam and stole something from us."
"It's not your fault he got in Y/N. He can literally shrink. How would you make countermeasures for that?" She asked
"I can always lock him up so he won't do it again." I joked making her laugh which in turn made me chuckle.
"What do you plan to do when we get Lang here?" She asked as I thought about it. "I'm probably going to interrogate him to find out why he stole that signal decoy." I said and shrugged.
"Ooh. I can see you do your little trick again. That will be fun." She said in excitement and smiled at me while I just roll my eyes at her.
We stayed in comfortable silence as we were nearer to the jet now. "Hurry up lovebirds!" Sam yelled making Gisele chuckle.
"Hold your horses birdbrain!" I yell and I decided to jog to the jet as Gisele followed my lead and Sam went inside.
When we got inside Sam quickly closed the doors and went to the pilot and instructed him to start the jet and the pilot nodded.
"How long will it take for us to get to San Francisco?" I asked the pilot as I felt the jet lift off from the ground.
"If we go max speed we can get there in a little over an hour." He said which shocked me and Gisele. "How fast can this thing go?" She asked
"It can go Mach 2.1." The pilot said as my jaw dropped. "Don't worry. It's not instantaneous. He'll accelerate gradually until we reached top speed." Sam reassures us.
The pilot then started moving forward making Gisele who was by my side stumble back but I made sure to hold her back and make sure she doesn't fall. Once we got the hang of it I removed my hand on her back and she smiled at me.

"So are you two like a thing?" Sam asked as he was looking at us making Gisele smile. "We were, a long time ago. But not recently." Gisele said and i nodded.
"Then what's up with you and Natasha. I've never seen her be that unprofessional before." He said and I sigh and sat down on one of the seats.
"We kind of dated before SHIELD collapsed. But we eventually broke up." I said and he nodded. "So uh. You sure he's in San Francisco?" Sam asked, changing the topic.
