Y/n's POV

"Y/n!! Y/n wake up!" I heard someone yelling as I was shaken awake. I then gasped as I opened my eyes. I then faced Nat who was crying as she looked down at me. "You idiot! I thought you were dead!"

I didn't care that she was yelling at me but instead, I held her face with my bloodied hands and checked her face. "Are you okay? Are you hurt?" I asked and she nod as she tried not to cry.

I then tried to sit down as she helped me, knowing that we needed to get out of the room as soon as possible in case the building collapses on us. As I was finally sitting down I immediately grab her hand and pulled her closer to inspect her back, arms, and legs.

I sighed in relief seeing that she only had minor cuts and bruises on her. "Thank god you're okay." I said and she faced me after wiping the tears off her cheeks.

As if my mind was lagging I finally remembered Ele. "Ele! Where's Ele?" I asked as I tried to stand up only to fail and fall on my knee as Nat helped me. "Stop. Don't move too much."

I didn't listen to her and pushed myself up and scanned the room. I then noticed a few agents and T'challa who were thankfully awake. I then saw that T'challa shielded his father from the blast considering he was on top of him.

I scanned the room more and my blood ran cold as I saw Ele not far from me still unconscious. I then sloppily made my way to her and tripped a few times on my way.

Once I reached her I quickly grabbed her hand and waited to feel a pulse or anything that would tell me that she was fine. I sigh in relief when I felt a faint pulse on her. "Help! I need help here!" I yelled as I cradled Ele's head and laid it on top of my legs.

I then felt the back of her head and didn't feel any blood or deformation. "Ele, please wake up. Wake up." I said I shook her gently. "Wake up Ele. Please, I can't lose you." I said as I finally was crying in agony.

I kept trying to wake her up and I would occasionally slap her face gently to try to wake her. Just as I was losing hope I noticed her eyelids opening. "Ele! Ele, I'm here. I'm right here." I said as I smiled seeing her wake up. "Medic! I need a medic here!" I yelled at some agents who rushed in.

"Y/n." I faintly heard her voice calling me making me look back at her. "Hey, I'm here. You just need to stay awake okay?" I told her since having her unconscious is dangerous.

I frown as I saw her having trouble breathing and noticed she was getting weaker and would probably lose consciousness again. "No. Just stay awake. Just do that for me. Please." I said and she replied but it was too soft for me to hear.

I then leaned closer and had her repeat what she said. "Why couldn't you choose me?"I then froze as I heard what she asked before she lost consciousness again. "Y/n, you alright?" I heard T'challa's voice as I looked a him

"Get the man who's responsible for this," I told him and he was surprised at what I said. Just then I felt something drip on my cheeks.

Am I crying? I then slowly put my hand on my cheek and check but I guess I was wrong since what I saw wasn't tears but blood. Just like that, I was reminded of my wounds as my head was now beginning to pound.

I was losing feeling in my hands and my body as I felt extremely weak. "Y/n!" T'challa yelled as he quickly caught me before I fell.

Natasha's POV

As soon as I see y/n get loaded into the ambulance I had to fight the urge not to go to the hospital with her. But I know I need to handle this mess.

"I'll come back to you," I said to her just before the paramedics closed the door. I sighed and walked towards T'challa who was spaced out for a while now.
