> For me, the management is the act or skill of controlling and making decisions about a business, departments, team, individuals and etc. And according to the book, The management is the process of coordinating and overseeing the work performance of individuals working together in organizations, so they could efficiently accomplish their chosen aims or goals.2. Explain why coordination, efficiency and effectiveness are intrinsic to the nature of management.
> They are intrinsic to the nature of management because they are naturally part of management. Coordination is integrated actions of planning and processes of an organization. Efficiency is ability to produce without wasting materials, and be efficient. Effectiveness is to produce an effect to attain the organization's aims. Without those terms of management the organization cannot function well.3. What is productivity? Is high possible is efficiency is low?
> Productivity is being productive, making or doing things regardless if it is with quality or not. Yes, because efficiency is the ability to do things well and successfully so that the aims will attain without wasting time and money.☆☆☆☆☆☆
1. How do organization classify managers according to their functions? Describe the respective functions of each type of manager?
> Managers supervise, sustain, uphold, and assume responsibility for the work of others in his work group, team, department, or the organization, in general. Top-level managers are the corporate and strategic managers who focus on long term organizational concerns, stability, development, progress, and overall efficiency and effectiveness. Middle-level managers are the tactical managers in charge of the organization's middle levels or departments. Frontline or lower-level managers are operational managers and they are responsible for supervising everyday activities. They are the bridges between management and nonmanagement employees.2. Among the different types of managers, which type of managers are more aware of their organization's problems?
> It has been observed that the middle-level managers are more aware of the company's problems compared to managers in the higher level because of their close contacts with costumers, frontline managers, and other subordinates.☆☆☆☆☆☆
