1. What are the ways in helping you boosts your energy in doing exercises?
> Strength training makes you stronger and fitter, protects bone health and muscle mass, helps your body burn calories efficiently, helps keep the weight off for good, helps you develop better body mechanics, can help with chronic disease management, boosts energy level and improves your mood, and has cardiovascular health benefits.2. What are the challenges of a student in not engaging into strength training program? Give at least 3 reasons
> Muscle pain, stiff neck, and over fatigue while doing physical fitness especially when performing it on long period of time.3. As a student, how can you improve your body physically?
> Drink more water and fewer sugar drinks, Do some exercises regularly, and eat more fruits and vegetables. Don't over work your self and take care not just our physical health but also our mental health.☆☆☆☆☆
1. What is the role of sports in managing your stress?
> Stress management refers to the environmental, physiological, Cognitive, and behavioral techniques employed by an individual to manage the factors and components that underlie the stress process or experience of stress. A primary goal of stress management in sport is to allow the athlete to effectively regulate competition related demands to facilitate optimal performance as well as to enhance psychological well-being (PWB). Sports help you manage stress. Because our body could release endorphins, the chemical in our brain that relieve pain and stress. It also reduces the levels of stress harmones, cartisol and adrenaline. Studies have shown that 20 to 30 minutes of doing exercise or sports each day can make people feel calmer. Therefore, Sports, doing exercises, and being physically active could help us to manage our stress.2. How will you make yourself physically active specially during the pandemic?
> Doing morning exercises, eating healthy foods, doing your tasks or household chores, and taking vitamins is very important to make ourselves physically active during the pandemic. It can reduce stress, prevent weight gain, boost the immune system, and improve sleep. Although it might be tempting to skip your workout during these challenging times, but public health officials say that exercise while undoubtedly crucial under normal circumstances is essential to our physical health and mental well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic. That's why we should stay physically active during the pandemic☆☆☆☆☆☆

1.) Give at least 3 rules in table tennis in terms of scoring.
> (1) A game is played to 11 points and must be won by two points. A Match is generally the best three of five Games. (2) Each side of the table alternates serving two points at a time. (3) Toss the ball staright up when serving. Once the ball leaves the server's hand it is in play, and so counts as the server's point if the ball is missed or mis-hit.2.) Give the terms used in playing table tennis and explain each one of them.
> Alternation of ends which is after each game, players switch sides of the table. Alternation of service is the alternates of serving between opponents every two points. Attacker is a player who uses a large number of attacking shots. Blocker is a player who blocks the ball a majority of the time. And kill shot which is a shot that wins the point.3. Why all sports, table tennis should still be played even during this pandemic?
> Because of pandemic, we should do the physical distancing to avoid the contagious virus. Table tennis is a physical distancing sport beacuse the players have enough space or distance away from each other. And like most sports, tables tennis offers great mind-body stimulation, aerobic exercise, and body health benefits. Some of the many health benefits of table tennis are improving our hand-eye coordination. Table tennis is a good sport and a very active and not boring sport that we can played even during this pandemic.
