> Because every individual has their own thoughts, feelings, opinions, and judgment on their own different event experiences. Every individual doesn't share the same way of thinking, we all have different way of thinking that's why there are individuals who doesn't share same judgment to the same event they experienced.

Based on the topic, I have learned that the sources of stress are:
> environmental factors, academic factors, physical factors, and emotional factors.

I can overcome various stress that may come my way by:
1. Looking someone to talk with like friends, family, and relatives and share your problems with them.

2. Think positive that you can handle your stress.

3. Take time to relax by exercising and having work out.

4. Do things that are important one at a time.

5. Get proper sleep.

6. Train your mind by thinking that all things will get well

7. Face your fears

8. Work on your worst scenario and expect that something good will happen.

9. Focus on what you can control and let go things that are incontrollable

10. Lower down your standard as long as it will not ruin your plans/ambitions

11. Have a break and engage in enjoyable activities

12. Accept your self as you are because you are peculiar

13. Identify your unique strengths and focus much on them

14. Remember that you are made for a reason and you are part of the intricate plan of your creator.
