Nobody POV
"Thank goodness this place has so many good dresses or I might've dropped dead on the spot," Libra grumbled, pulling dress after dress out of her closet.
All the girls were gathered in her room, because she insisted. Pisces was combing her hair, Gemini was inspecting the dress Libra had thrown at her, Aquarius was having her hair done by Virgo, and Aries was sitting on the bed doing nothing except whining.
"Do I have to go?"
Libra shot her a look. "Well, it is your Realm, but I assume if we showed up without you the king and queen of that kingdom would be perfectly fine, wouldn't they?"
Aries rolled her eyes. "Do I have to wear a dress?"
"You can't show up to the party in your oversized shirt and baggy pants," Pisces pointed out, putting a clip so that her bangs didn't cover her forehead. "I'm sure that would be very disrespectful."
"UGH." Aries collapsed on the bed and said, "Just leave me here. I can train."
"How do you still want to train?" Virgo asked, putting up Aquarius's hair to be in a high ponytail. They looked at it in the mirror and both of them shook her head, so Virgo let it down loose and rummaged through Libra's dresser drawers for something else.
Gemini shrugged, trying on the dress in the mirror. It was blue with ruffled layers. "It personally wasn't that hard for me."
"I lost, like, ten pounds and gained more than twenty bruises," Aquarius said, rubbing her wrist. She looked up at the mirror and tilted her head as Virgo styled her hair again. "I like this hairstyle, V."
Virgo nodded and took out a scrunchie.
Gemini blinked. "I like this dress, too. It suits me. After Aquarius I want my hair done."
"Good," Libra said, taking out a pretty golden dress. She tried it on in the mirror and smiled. "I like it."
"Lib, can you help me find a dress?" Pisces asked, done combing her hair.
Aries looked around at everyone with visible confusion. "WHY are you all so busy?"
Meanwhile, in Leo's room
"I wonder how long it'll take for the girls to get ready," Cancer wondered, fiddling with his tie.
"Two hours, max," Taurus said, lying on Leo's bed. "They have a lot to cover."
"Why don't we just watch a movie while we're at it?" Capricorn suggested. Everyone was ready, and the only one who was still doing something was Leo, who was styling his hair. He tilted his head at himself in the mirror and nodded. "Okay."
"Which movie?" Scorpio asked. He was wearing a black tux with a grey tie, and he looked bored, like all of them.
"A movie that introduces us into manhood," Sagittarius said, plopping down on Leo's spinny chair.
"You wanna watch Fifty Shades of Grey?" Taurus asked.
"No," Capricorn said, shooting Taurus a look.
"I actually have no idea," Sagittarius confessed. "What do you think?"
"How about a horror movie?" Capricorn suggested.
"If we watch a horror movie, some of us will get scared and mess up our suits. Not all of us look perfect every time they put one on, Cap," Cancer said.
Capricorn rolled his eyes and Leo scoffed. "You forgot me, you know."
Cancer nodded.
"So it's settled," Scorpio announced. "We'll watch Jaws."
