Later that night, I was out at the diner with dad and Bella. I had ordered a burger with fries along with a diet coke. I watched silently as Bella talked to dad and cringed at their relationship that was pretty awful and pitiful. I was eating silently and all I wanted was to go back home and wait for Jasper to show up so that we could lay together and I could get away from Bella.
An hour and a half late, we were heading home and when we got there I saw Billy Black who had brought a car for her. She looked at me after Billy and Jacob left before saying "why do I get a beat up truck and he gets a black mustang?"
I scoffed before glaring at her then saying "I have a mustang because I paid for it with money that my parents left me and my own money." She just glared at me before storming into the house as I smiled then headed up to the attic and my room.
I got to my room and immediately headed over to the window and opened it so that Jasper could just come in when he got here. I then headed over to the bathroom and turned on the shower so that I could change into some shorts. I smiled as I felt the water run down my body before finishing my shower and drying off. I then got into shorts before running my hands through my hair, I walked out of the bathroom to see that Jasper wasn't there yet so I laid down on my bed then pulled out my phone and started checking my socials.
About an hour later I heard a whoosh sound and looked up from my phone to see Jasper standing there. I smiled as he moved closer to me and laid down on my bed, I kissed him before saying "Bella's here and is already asking about you. Has Edward decided what he's going to do?"
He looked at me and shook his head "not yet but I don't know what he can do. I mean once you meet your singer, it's pretty much a no brainer that you're going to kill them. So I have no idea if he's going to try and resist that or not." I nodded as we fell asleep cuddled together wondering what the hell tomorrow is going to bring.
I woke up that morning with Jasper still laying next to me, he noticed that I was awake and looked at me before smiling. I cuddled closer into him as his arms wrapped tighter around me "I don't want to move today. When I do I have to deal with bitchy Bella."
He chuckled "so eat with us at lunch today and ignore her" I looked at him and nodded before he pulled my face to him and kissed me. "I should be getting back so that I can change but I'll see you at school."
I nodded and he kissed me again before disappearing. I then got up and went to my walk in closet to pick out an outfit. I ended up picking a pair of black skinny jeans, a gray muscle tee that showed off my tattoos, some black sneakers, and a necklace with my father and mother's wedding bands on it.
I walked downstairs and made some toast for breakfast while trying to avoid Bella because I honestly was not in the mood for any of her bullshit. But it seemed like my luck was not with me cause as soon as my bread was ready in the toaster Bella came walking in. She looked at me "hi Sebastian." I hummed in response as she spoke again "can I get a ride today?"
I put down the knife that I was using to butter my bread before turning to her and saying "no, no you can't have a ride today. You have your own car that dad so kindly bought you so use that." She pouted and whined but I would not give in, I then discovered that it was seven fifteen so I walked out the door and headed to my car and I felt Bella following me. I unlocked my driver side door and tossed my bag in the passenger seat before sliding in myself.
I then started the car and put it in reverse before reversing out of the driveway not giving Bella a second thought. I drove the way to school and parked next to Jasper's charger, I got out and saw that Jasper was leaning on his car which made me smile as I locked the car and moved to Jasper. He pulled me close to him and kissed me making me smile before we headed inside hand in hand.
The first couple of periods went well with Calculus and Spanish before it was lunch time and I immediately joined the Cullens at their table while Bella joined Angela and Jessica who were essentially the gossip queens of the school. I silently did a spell that would enhance my hearing before taking a bite of my apple.
I heard Bella ask "who are the Cullens?"
Angela answered "they moved here from Alaska a few months ago, they sort of just keep to themselves except for Sebastian."
Jessica then jumped in "Yeah 'cause they're all together, like TOGETHER together. Uh, the blonde girl, that's Rosalie, and the big dark-haired guy, Emmett, they're like a thing. I'm not even sure that's legal."
Angela spoke again "their not actually related, Jess."
Jessica nodded before responding "Yeah, but they live together. It's weird-and, okay, the little dark-haired girl is Alice. She's REALLY weird and kind of hyper, and, um, she's with Ben, the dark haired one who's next to her. Then theres the Jasper, the blonde one who used to look like he was in pain but less now since your brother started dating him."
Then Edward walked in and Bella looked "and who is he?"
"Him, oh that's Edward Cullen" Jessica responded. "He doesn't really talk to very man people. It's actually kind of weird. He's also never dated anyone so I wouldn't try it."
I knew immediately that she was going to try it, she wasn't the type to give up when someone told her to. Edward then told us that he couldn't read her mind which had all of us stunned at that fact before he told us that he didn't know.
Later after sixth period we were all heading to the cars and me and Jasper leaned on my car with his arm wrapped around me. We were standing there when Edward came over looking stunned and worried before saying to us "I need to leave." All of the Cullens nodded before Jasper kissed me and they all got in their cars with Rosalie and Emmett heading to Jasper's car and saying goodbye to me. I then got into my car and headed out behind them but I went back to my house and they went to theirs with Jasper promising that he would call me tonight.
