I followed Sebastian back to the Cullen house knowing that he like the rest of us was irritated at Edward and Bella. I couldn't blame him and I definitely didn't. Matter of fact I agreed with him wholeheartedly but I couldn't let my own rage and anger at the situation project and make him angrier.
I projected some calm to him on the way back, but I could tell that it wasn't completely working. He stormed into my room and started pacing as I sat on my bed "what in the hell are those selfish gremlins thinking? Letting all of us possibly die while they are hidden in a cave."
I watched him pace and rant for five minutes before I grabbed his hand "calm down." He turned to look at me and sighed, "I know you're pissed at them and I don't blame you but killing them is not going to help anything."
He tightened his grip on my hand and nodded "I know but they drive me insane. Like they're the only people in the world that exist, that are in danger."
I pulled him into me and nodded "I know believe me I'm having trouble not ripping their heads off either."
"I have a really bad feeling about this battle Jazz." I looked at him worried "I think it's going to result in my death."
I gasped and felt a rush of fear come over me as I tightened my grip reflexively "no." I shook my head as he looked up at me feeling my panic that I was unable to keep hidden.
"It's ok," he spoke as he touched my face. "You have my permission to turn me remember?"
I nodded but it didn't make me feel any better "if you die I don't think anything will hold Emmett, Rose, or me back." He nodded as I pulled him closer.
We shifted so that we were lying on the bed and Sebastian almost immediately fell asleep given the stressful day he had. I meanwhile stayed awake with him tucked closely into my side not particularly willing to let him go after his warning about him losing his life in this battle.
The next morning, I felt Sebastian stur as the son rose. He looked at me and sighed "let's go do this crazy plan."
I nodded before pulling him to look at me "promise me." He looked at me wide-eyed as I continued "promise me that you will be careful."
He nodded and looked at me seriously "I promise that I won't do anything stupid and that I'll be careful." I nodded before we headed to meet the others.
We walked up to what looked like a tense conversation between Jacob, Bella, and Edward. Edward then looked at Sebastian "would you come with us?"
Sebastian and I looked at each other before Seb reluctantly nodded as I looked at Rosalie and Emmett.

So, now I'm stuck in the woods in the middle of this messed up love triangle that I want no part in. I watched as Bella split off from us to distribute her blood. Jacob then picked her up and ran to the cave and I could tell that Edward wanted to stop her.
That night as Bella and Edward were in one part of the cave and I was in the other, I watched as Jacob walked in. From what I could tell Bella seemed to be freezing and Jacob who was a wolf and ran hot was brought in to warm her up. I could tell for the first time in Edward's life that he was grateful for Jacob.
My mind then drifted to the bad feelings that I had and what I had told Jasper. I knew that this battle would cost me my life but I had no idea how it would happen or when.
