It had been close to a year since I met the Cullens and months since I started dating Jasper and everything has been good minus my bitch of a sister that nearly got all of us killed. I was staying with Jasper at the Cullens place since I didn't want to deal with my sister who was just being annoying talking about Edward the entire time. 

We all got ready for school before I drove with Jasper to the school in time to see Bella with her horrific truck that was an appalling color. I sat with Jasper in history as our hands were intertwined and Jazz was rubbing his thumb across the back of my hand making me smile. 

I was droning out our professor before Jazz spoke quietly to me "Bella is still trying to talk to Edward." 

"It's Bella's birthday today." I spoke in response before speaking again "I know you guys are holding a party tonight so you need to feed on human blood today." 

He nodded "I know but could you wrap your magic around me to help?" I nodded in response making him smile. After class and at lunch, Jazz told me that Bella wanted to be turned for her birthday which annoyed me as everyone literally nearly died because of her last year. 

After school, we all headed to the Cullen home minus Edward and Bella who went to Charlie's to drop her stuff away. While they were at our place, Jasper headed into Seattle to drink human blood so that he would be ready. Meanwhile me, Rose, and Emmett were all in the living room scrolling on our phones or tossing a ball in the air in terms of Emmett. 

Jasper came back about an hour later and I could tell by his eyes that he felt a lot better. Jasper and Rosalie suddenly stood straight up as we all saw Edward's car pull up. They walked into the Cullens house where all of us stood next to a table of presents. We watched as Emmett explained the stereo for her truck. 

When they handed her the envelope from Alice and Edward, I wrapped my magic around Jasper even though I was one hundred percent sure that he was fine. I watched as Bella gave herself a paper cut and all of the vampires including Alice felt hunger. Jasper seemed to be ok but I wasn't completely sure whether it was because of the human blood or my magic.  Ben however went after her only stopped by Edward and Jasper as we looked back at Bella who had a gash that was streaming blood. 

Rosalie, Emmett, Jasper, and I managed to get Ben outside who was still snarling while Esme and Carlisle stayed with Bella. Ben slowly calmed down before we all let go of him. Jasper came over to me "thank you." 

I looked at him blankly "for what?"

"Your magic," Jasper started making me look at him. "It really helped me out especially with blocking out all of the hunger that I was feeling." 

I nodded "no problem. I'll always do whatever it takes to help you." He pulled me to him and just smashed his lips to mine making me place my hand in his hair. I heard the others groan before we pulled away and smiled at each other. 

Ben looked at me "I'm sorry about trying to kill your sister." 

"Don't worry about it," I spoke seriously. "She's clumsy and makes more enemies than she knows what to do with. It's not your fault." 

After we had all calmed down, we all headed back inside and realized that Edward had taken Bella home. Rosalie, Emmett, Jasper and I all headed upstairs to Jasper's room. Rose looked at us "how much do you want to bet that Edward is going to make us leave after freaking out." 

I laughed "I'll take that bet." Jasper and Emmett chuckled as they knew that we were probably right especially considering the fact that Edward was annoying like that and didn't particularly care for anyone else. He only did what was best for himself meaning that everyone else usually ended up suffering in some way.
